Planning ahead for trip in October - Gimme your opinion?

So Me (22) and My Fiance (23) are planning to have our Honeymoon at Disney World. This will be his first time going and my second time going since 4 years ago. Last time I went I had no control of what I got to do so this time I look forward to planning and plotting ahead to experience most of Disney for our 5 night 6 day trip. So I wanted to ask ya'll a few questions on the time we're visiting and such

We're going October 22-27 2013, I wanted to know how Crowded does it get in October? From my understanding we should be going during a down time. Here are the day's we are planning to visit each Park and a Idea of what ride's we would like to experience, I'd really like a general idea of how long you think the wait times will be for these rides and how likely am I to see them all in that day. I've seen the touringplan website and should I subscribe and make a touring plan?

Now I understand I might not get to see all there is on my list, to be honest a lot of the bigger more popular rides are the must see's. We are a bit of thrill seekers but we do understand that Disney isn't six flags. The parades don't interest me too much and depending on what we have gotten done that day we might take time to watch them or take advantage of the shorter lines at rides During them. Now I'm not trying for the EMH because I've heard good and bad about them, and I think it would be best to avoid them unless the days I chose have fallen on them. Also We are attending during the food and wine festival so we might change things around if we decide to take part in a lot of the things they intend to offer.

We typically go the first week of Oct. and have found the weather to be a mixed bag of beautiful, perfect Chamber of Commerce weather to heat and humidity straight from the pits of ..well you know. I would imagine that FL like GA (where I live) tends to cool off, but more importantly, be less humid as the month progresses.

We love going in Oct. The crowds tend to be on the low end of moderate for the week we typically go in my experience. I wouldn't necessarily expect walk on rides and if you spend any time Friday night or Saturday at the Food and Wine Festival, it will be very crowded. Considering what you will spend on this trip, I would absolutely get a subscription to touringplans.com. I have used their plans in the past and found them very helpful. Most helpful to me in planning is their per crowd park level forecast. I use this exclusively. I don't even look at what is recommended v. not recommended.

I can't help much w/ wait times as we don't typically go during the week you'll be going, but I'll put below what we typically find during our week. Maybe that will be a starting point for you.

Enchanted Tales with Belle (haven't been when it is opened in Oct for all guests. Based on experience in Nov. the waits will be up around 60 for much of the day. Slow "loading" and not many guests get to go at one time. Oh and no FP)

I'm a Georgia Girl too so the temperature shouldn't bee too much of a bother.
What you Posted was Extremely helpful, it's nice to have a idea of what we will be expecting. To bad it won't be a lot of walk on's, that would be a dream come true. Funny enough I can't remember the date we went but I do remember walking on to space mountain twice in a row. That was very lucky.
