2013 Adventures, Boarded the Cruise Ship!

:confused3, you go the last one they had, the last one for her?

Yes when I went they had one pineapple charm left and I got it for her! Hopefully they will get more in tho :). It says Hawaii (one of the state charms) and I will give it to her on our trip!

So, I have been lusting, yes lusting after the Aqua Class cabins, but I have told myself, that it was just not worth the money.
David and I have discussed it a lot over the years and we said that when we did the TA we would go for the Aqua Class since we have so many days at sea.
So the Aqua Class is about $900 a person more expensive and there is no way I can justify this. So keep your fingers crossed that the cost goes down, since I signed up for the alert system, I want to see the price go down and get Aqua Class…..

Blu Restaurant

Blu.
Intimately elegant, yet fresh and modern.
As an AquaClass® guest, you can enjoy Blu, your own exclusive restaurant for breakfast and dinner. If the concept of "spa restaurant" causes you or your significant other to think you'll never see a steak or a rich dessert on the menu, that is definitely not the case. The cuisine at Blu is simply an imaginative way of preparing popular dishes without fussiness or pretense. Tender steak is served with a flavorful truffle vinaigrette instead of a heavy béarnaise. We call it "clean cuisine."

Ohhhhhhhhhh for that long of a cruise the $900 might be worth it!!!

What is your price limit to upgrade to it?

With the price we already paid and an additional $900 per person. Is a little much for me, I could do $500 a person...

You're really selling this cruise!

I hope the Aqua class room comes down in price for you.

So I have been looking at tours or things to do in Madrid our first stop on the trip in Nov/Dec...

- Proceed to El Escorial to visit The Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo El Real built by King Philip the 2nd. Avila and Segovia Full Day Tour - from Madrid NOV 21

The fairytale castle is said to be the inspiration for the famous Disney Castle...
- Personal drop-off at the end of the tour - to the hotel

I really don't know if I want to book a tour or just try to do this on our own, but I really like the idea of them picking us up and dropping us back off.

The upgrade would be wonderful if you could get it at the price you want. I love the itinerary. That restaurant looks great along with the food. Figures I would be looking at that while only having some yogurt for breakfast..

Brandi -Those days look great. I prefer to try things on my own; but that's me. Is that 99 euro's each?
