Here's what I have on my list so far. What else should I consider packing? There are 8 of us total in our group (4 adults, 1 teenager, and 3 kids)

• Bandaids
• Neosporin
• hydrocortizone cream
• Anti-fungal cream
• Tylenol (adult, PM, & kid)
• Cold meds (adult & kid)
• nasal spray
• Allergy meds
• Tums
• Chapstick
• Baby wipes
• Hand sanitizer
• Eye drops
• Pepto bismol (adult & kid)
• motion sickness pills

LOTION! I'm sensitive to a lot of fragrances, so I always bring my own lotion.
Cotton balls
Cotton swabs
alcohol wipes?
Sunscreen
aloe vera in case of a burn

I second sunscreen (you'll need more than you think) as well as something for sunburn.

And, definately, Immodium :rolleyes1

I think we'll be fine with the provided lotion. I have q-tips and sunscreen in a different section of my list (pre-cruise bag for park day!), but the aloe vera & cotton balls are a great suggestion!

Moleskin - for blister prevention :thumbsup2
Insect repellant

Are the insects bad? Will add this to the list...

I also pack a small container of meat tenderizer. Great for neutralizing all kinds of stings; bee, jelly fish, sea lice etc.

Very interesting! I've never heard of this!

I have read you need bug spray for the ruins tour in Mexico. If you are only doing water excursions you should not need it unless someone is allergic to bug bites. (I am but have never needed it in 12 cruises)

...without these items since getting the worse stomach flu ever over the Disney Marathon weekend 1/2011--

Acetaminophen suppositories--comes in different strengths for different ages
Emetrol anti-nausea syrup--to help calm the vomiting
Gatorade powder
--to help restore the electrolytes and avoid dehydration
White noise app on iPod or iPhone--to concentrate on during the misery in hotel room or ship cabin

The rest of your list looks good--don't forget Epi-Pen if needed for allergies!

Good health to all!
:duck:

A needle and tweezer. I got a tiny shell stuck in my toe at the beach. It wasn't painful, but was very annoying until i got it out. :magnify:

I know it is not technically a first aid item, i would pack a small nail scissor. I used mine several times on our cruise.

I forgot scissors, and my son hated the kids club arm band. I had to use nail clippers to cut it off him. Next cruise I will pack my travel scissors.

I pack purell for our excursions.

rubbing alcohol... great for getting water out of ears.

and a nail file!! :)

I always carry "Deep Woods OFF" repellant wipes with me because I am especially allergic to the mosquitoes and biting yellow flies in Florida. I also recommend the meat tenderizer - it combats the protein in the insect bite itself!

I learned the hard way any sleeping meds you take (we take Nyquil for example) and hydrocortisone (sp?) cream. I got massively read on my trip and we had to buy some on board. And that spray sunscreen is crap.
