So annoyed with the new website!

Despite calls to Disney and confirmations, it's still saying my sister has my reservation and her reservation is under her misspelled name. and now it won't even list my dining ressies. Thank God I printed it all out when I made them, and have called to confirm things are correct. But this website is making me nuts!

not thrilled with navigation, especially with dining reservations

I agree. The new website looks better but I've had similar problems in it showing my ressie correctly. Hopefully they get the bugs worked out soon!

i've added my current room-only reservation several times. Sometimes it shows up when i log in, others it doesn't:confused3

Agree with the OP; and the "new" DVC member site isn't much better! Disney does so many things so well. Why do they stink at internet technology??? (Rhetorical question!)

Does anyone know how to make a payment on your reservation on the new site? I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to do it. I hate having to call and go through the automated system.

Some people have success by going to the old website. You can do that by clicking on the link for "Free customized maps." It will take you to the old site. Log into the new site, go to My Disney Experiences, and scroll down to the customized maps option. From the old website you can click on "My Reservations" and they should be there. :)

That worked out great! Thanks so much for the info! So much easier to pay online!

Thanks again,
J

I had to use the chat option to find out. The first time they gave me a link to the old site and told me to "bookmark it" so I wouldn't have to contact them every time (thanks for a poorly designed site Disney!). Then the next time I tried the link (a few days later) it wouldn't work:confused3. So I had to contact them again via chat and they told me to
A: Sign in (was already but thanks)
B. Click on the My Reservation's tab under "My Disney Experience"
C. Scroll down to the View Details link in blue at the bottom od the reservation
- A seperate window will pop up, either in your screen, or in a different window/tab depending on your Browser.
At the Very top of this window it will say in Large letter "Reservation for (however many you have in your party)" and under that in very small print it will tell you the Balance due (and date its due) followed by "Make Payment" in blue. Click on that and it will bring up another page to either pay the balance or set an amount to pay.

I hope this helps people. I know I found it frustrating. And I missed the balance and make payment sections because the font was so small!!!!

I had to call about a question I had with my reservations and before I could finish asking the CM told me that the web site is screwy and they have had nothing but trouble, but to rest assured that everything is fine, it just does not show up correctly. :badpc:
