...Are the credit allotments just for a single day, or could I used one TS credit for breakfast, then a QS at lunch, and then another TS credit for dinner?

Like I said, pretty dumb as this seems like it's an obvious answer...but it's just not coming to me.

You will have so many credits for your stay. You may use them as you want.

That's what I thought...but for some reason couldn't come to that kind of understanding...hahahah.

There are no dumb questions when it comes to the DDP! :goodvibes All credits for your entire stay will be available for use at check in. The credits will expire at 11:59pm on check out day, so even if you check out at 11am, you can still eat later that day if you have leftover credits. Also, all credits are loaded on all KTTW cards for everyone in the room, so for a family of 4 eating together, you only need to use one card to "pay" for your meals. If your party separates and goes to 4 different places, then each person will still have access to all of the party's credits.

So...if you are traveling with someone with a bad popcorn habit popcorn::, keep an eye on your snack credit total so they don't use them all up without you knowing. :rotfl:

I suppose you're right that there aren't dumb questions when it comes to the DDP....but for some reason I couldn't wrap my head around the fact that you could use your credits whenever you wanted.

Thanks for the clarification everyone.

Not a dumb question at all DisneyGuy!!

I am walking my brother and sister in law through planning their first Disney trip ever right now, and they to had that question.

Hope you have a great time planning:thumbsup2

Adding to the questions that seem obvious category, are you able to use credits on the day you check out? I was wanting to do a nice goodbye breakfast and then lunch at DTD before before heading home and will have extra credits due to a day trip to Universal.

I was just going to ask about that !! we have a complex trip coming up in August - 13 nights total, but split into 10 at AKV Jambo, 1 n at BLT and 2 n back at AKV - so were thinking of doing DDP for the first time as a "test"
on either the one night or 2 nighter at the end

Looks like of the restaurants we would likely go to, only Cinderella is a 2 TS venue, and everywhere else is one.
