is it possible? every time I try to book, I never see less than $200 per night.

Is there a site to get it under $150 (1 br )

Don't know how far in advance you are booking but we are getting a 2BR, 7 nights, for $1099 the week before Easter. I booked thru http://vacationstrategy.com around the end of August.

I booked a 2 BR for 7 NTS 3/30/13 - 4/6/13 for $1,099 with Vacation Strategy back in June 2012. I was afraid to wait for a lower rate within the 60-Day window with it being Easter Week which is my daughter's spring break this year. Now my only fear is the crowds.:scared1: At least it won't be scorchin' hot like our last visit in July 2011.:headache:

We are going for Spring Break, also. Usually go late May/early June, when kids get out of school. I am from TN but I am not a hot weather fan, either. Figured cooler weather was a decent trade off for the mega crowds.

Only if you are an owner ;)
Or rent from an owner, as the two previous posters are doing.

I don't rent points, but the numbers quoted above are typical of what I have seen posted here.

I don't think OP will have much difficulty getting <$200 per night if they do their homework.

I used Vacation Strategy last week to book 10 nights 5/22 to 6/1 (over Memorial Holiday) my rate was $1031 total for a 1 bedroom deluxe. This is the same rate we got last year but this year she gave us a 5% return customer discount. I have shopped high and low and this is by far the best rate I could find. I had zero issues using them last year. Returned called and emails same day. We lover Vacation Strategy !!

We are booked the week before Easter (3/22-3/30) with Vacation Strategy for a 2 bedroom for $1298 for 8 nights. Not below $150/night but close to it for such a prime week!

I have a one bedroom Deluxe booked for ten nights in May for $896.00 (so $89.60/night) through Vacation Strategies.

I got a 2BR Deluxe at $89/night in late April through VS.

I guess it depends on the time of year (holidays and school breaks). We all four booked through Vacation Strategies and got different prices

1. $103.10/night during the week of the Memorial Holdiay for a one bedroom deluxe.
2. $89.60/night May 10th-20th (no holiday and no school break) for a one bedroom deluxe
3. $89.00/night for a two bedroom deluxe in late April (no holiday and no school break)
4. then $162.75/night for a two bedroom deluxe in March (spring break/Easter)
