How does this whole check in thing work?

So if you can start checking in on a specific date. Do you do it at midnight? What's the process? What do we have to remember, etc

Your excursion/checkin window opens on a specific day, depending on your cruising status: Concierge/Platinum Castaway Club members - 120 days out; Gold CC members - 105 days out; Silver CC members - 90 days out; and first time cruisers - 75 days out.

The window opens at midnight Eastern time. For the checkin process, you'll need everyones names, birthdates, passport #s (if you are using them), credit card information, pre and post cruise travel plans, and your reservation number.

I've sailed a few years back, but can't remember, what if you are cash only, do you have to give credit card info?

You select how you are going to cover your onboard account, credit card, cash, whatever, during online checkin.

If you select cash, when you checkin at the port, you must put cash into your onboard account immediately. And when the charges get close to using it up, you will be asked to come to Guest Services onboard to put additional cash in there, if necessary.
