Time to get on the phone and see if we can cancel our reservations for Nashville this weekend, and find out what it will cost me if I cancel...

Sorry to hear the little guy is not feeling well. Plenty of rest and fluids. Take care of yourselves as well, it is highly contagious and spreads quickly. We all had flu shots and have gotten just about everything else this winter, but avoided it so far (knock on wood). Out here they are actually putting up temporary tents outside the hospitals to deal with the number of patients ill.

Maybe they'll let you reschedule instead of cancel. Good luck.

I’m indifferent toward the Giants, but as far as I’m concerned the only time the Cowboys should be allowed to even score a point is when their playing the Redskins (and that should be a safety that the “Skins” inflict on themselves while never scoring a point of any kind in their own favor).

Being an Eagles fan, all I can say is:

We've all had our flu shots... including DS.

I talked to the travel agent. They said 72 hours notice is required to cancel the reservation and get any money back. Right now, we're at about 28 hours.

It really is a sticky situation. I get reimbursed for the expense... as long as I attend the conference. If not, I eat it. Considering the fact that I didn't have the money to spend to go to DDCC, I really need to get the money I've already paid for this conference back. I guess that means we're going. We might be stuck in a hotel room all weekend, but we're going.

The TA is looking into it and will call me back if we have any other options, but right now it looks like we're stuck.

I said....I think. I couldn't remember (and was too lazy to look it up). Seems you Colts fans remember still. We've been to 5 since 2001 (have I mentioned I hate the Giants now), it's hard to remember everything. I guess you can't win them all.

How could you forget that game? It wasw probably the 3rd most painful game I've seen... Pats were up huge, and decided to try the prevent defense and run offense for the 2nd half... of course Peyton tore it up. I think I drank for a week strait after that!

Don't talk about painful losses in front of a Vikings fan. Our playoff loses always seem to wind up on NFL Network as Greatest Games.
