Looking for Mickey Pasta

Anyone know what gift store I any I can buy Mickey shaped pasta in? If at all. I remember they had it when I was there in aug 2011 but not sure if it would still be sold. If anyone knows a price and size of bag that would be great.

They had some on a small kitchen display at Mouse Gear is Epcot when we were there a few months ago. Not sure or the price or size though.

The kitchen store is connected to Earl of Sandwich, might be easier to find than in World of Disney.

Wowzers, odd question but I don't cook much. Does anyone know how much one package would make? I'm doing a disney world themed scrapbooking crop for 50 people and thought it would be cool to make mickey mac n cheese (not enought for a full serving for everyone) but just 1 package and hopefully have a small spoonful for whoever wants it and regular macaroni noodles to supplement.

World of Disney at DTD has it, it's like $7 a bag. From the looks of the bag I'd say each bag would make about the same as one box of Muellers or Barilla. Quite pricey for your ge together, but you could use a regular shaped pasta and use the Disney for accent.

I think trying to serve a 14 oz bag of pasta to 50 people is extremely silly. I would either (1) buy enough bags of pasta for 50 people or (2) find various Disney recipes off the internet and make them for your party.

I'm going to be making enoough using a Disney receipe and regular pasta to feed 50 people. The Mickey pasta was just extra to add a little spoon of Mickey to the plate of whoever wanted it.

Not everyone will be eating it anyways.

I have seen it lots of places - I would try -
the kitchen shop next to Earl of Sandwich at DTD
World of Disney at DTD
Candy shop main street USA MK - has a lot of food items may have the pasta though I can't remember specifically
Mousegears at Epcot - have seen it there I am fairly sure
:)

Guess who has this in her kitchen ?

<--------

anyway its a 12 oz pkg for $6.95 no crazier than the other food items Its a cute idea I get what you're trying to do but I think a few people taking a 'sample' and it will be gone Are you planning dessert ? Maybe a large tub vanilla ice cream and some 'Mickey' head shaped sprinkles ? ( also found pretty much everwhere too)

Sounds like fun

I just thought of something.....I've seen various Disney pastas at WalMart. I know I've seen the Cars ones, maybe others as well. If it doesn't have to be straight from the parks this is an option!

the large giftshop in Epcot next to SPaceship Earth had it, and I'm pretty sure the POR gift shop had it too.

Hey, and this is plain pasta noodles? Grr we miss all the good stuff in Canada! I'll double check here tho. If not maybe I'll see if someone is going to the US soon and can get some.

Thanks, yes we serve so I was planning a tsp size sample for people. I think that would do. We have snacks, lunch and dinner to plan. We are making Le Cellier cheese soup for lunch and Hoop Dee Doo Cornbread for dinner for sure! If we can get a really good deal on a roast, 50's prime time Pot Roast. For dessert, we always do icecream sundaes and this time I think we will skip the icecream and do some kind of red velvet cupcake concotion or something who knows and i'd like to try some other cute disney deserts. I'm sure excited about it. Our winter crop is this saturday so after that one I get to plan the Disney one!

They were plain white pasta (semolina) shapes. Iremember Mickey heads, the Cars characters. Prices were very reasonable, less than $3 a box American. IIRC, the ones at World of Disney, et. al. were less than one pound bags too.

Did a Google search and came up with this. This is what's currently for sale at WOD:
