Jennifer that stinks!!! My order isn't showing any movement either (although they charged my card as soon as I hit enter). Luckily I don't need the paper I ordered for a swap. I think Lisa is right and I won't order any more either. I hope they get your order issues sorted out soon.

Finger cross that you receive it today. Yay on the AC paper coming today. I'm wit h everyone and SYT can forget my money. I've had issues last year where my order was sent almost a month later but at least all the items were there. I've since hesitated to order from them. Now with all these problems lately, they will not be seeing my money anytime soon.

I do agree with the run around you girls have been getting, I will not be ordering from them any time soon...

I ordered from them a few weeks before you girls did and I had no issues...but there is no excuse for the lack of customer service... it speaks volumes...

Talk to me about bagging. I know we are going ahead and doing a full bag for each swapper.

I'm just about finished with storybook circus. I have everything but the title adhered to page 1. (Cutting those now)
All the pieces for page 2 are in gallon ziploc bags except for the 12x12 page.
Should each kit be bagged separate or should I just stack the pieces bag on top of the full sheet? And put it in the full bag?

I think you can put the pieces bag between the two sheets and have it work. What does everyone think?

My order hasn't even shipped yet. I will not be ordering from there again, I think.

Well I won't be ordering from them either. That has to be the worst customer service I have ever heard of.

I bagged each of the groups smaller pieces in a separate quart bag so that they didn't get mixed up. Then I placed the quart bag on top of the pages so that the zipper was above the pages so the pages wouldn't get marked. I know it is overboard, but my OCD took over.

I just bagged my 3 spots completed in the 2.5 gallon bags...
I put my "loose item" bag between the two background papers so on top was the title page...
They fit in perfectly!!

If it needs bagged another way just let me know...

OMG Storybook Circus is done!!!!!

I put the gallon bag on top, the finished page in the middle and the blank page on the bottom. Let me know if you want me to change them. I just need to slide a page with all the photo layout options in the ziplocs but I want to print those in color which means dragging the printer out to plug it in to the computer. I will do all of those at once.
