Which park after Captain Cooks?

We are planning on getting tonga toast from Captain Cook's at the Poly before hitting a non-EMH park. We'll also be taking our car and using valet parking.

Does it make sense to go do this and then head to Epcot or MK?

TIA

book Kona cafe- yes you will spend a few more $ for the meal- but with your name on a res list you can park at the poly all day and use the monorail to get to and from the park. they will tell you you only have a 2 hour parking privilege, but once you are into the lot- they never enforce!

don't tell them I told you!

I picked Captain Cooks because our plan is to grab breakfast and try to make rope drop.

Time wise, we'd have to wake up extra early to try and fit in a sit down breakfast at Kona and we're not willing to sacrifice sleep over tonga toast. We like it well enough but I guess not THAT much ;)

BTW, we don't mind paying the valet fee for peace of mind. Don't want to be stressing over whether our car will be towed.

Still want suggestions on which park to head to after getting "toasted."

MK is the best choice in MHO. It is easiest to get to by RD from the Poly and I also believe it's a more difficult park to tour therefore it would be a better use of morning EMH.

I agree. MK is closer. Yes, you can take the monorail to Epcot, but that monorail ride is much longer than from Poly to MK. I would go to MK to make the most out of getting there at RD.

If you are looking at parking in the Poly lot as some kind of benefit, then go to MK. Otherwise why wouldn't you just drive directly to Epcot yourself after breakfast, which is a much better option for Epcot than taking two monorails.

This was what I was going to say. As for which park to go to- we go to the most recommended park according to easywdw.com. If you're going to a non-EMH park, might as well go to the least crowded one.

If you won't be at the MK it makes sense to drive your car to the park you will be at all day. Makes getting back to your own resort so much easier and quicker at the end of the day.

I don't want to give the OP the wrong info but they do indeed enforce the parking there. I've seen them tow those over a few hours. The OP is being wise in using valet. Worth it not to have to worry.
