Shorts in the dining room?

Not really, I just thought that since we had threads going about taking kids out of school, laundry procedures and smoking we might as go for a grand slam.

Shorts in the dining room go well with tape on the walls in "no adhesives" posts.....and kids in "guests over 18" areas.

If your 12-yr-old really needs something to do, she can go save seats in the theatre.

That's the plan, of course, she's going to drop a few flip-flops and towels on the lounge chairs on the way, for us to have them the next day. :rolleyes1

And crowd into the elevator ahead of a double-wide stroller and two wheelchairs.

Of course, she wants to wear her Daisy Dukes and tank top. Do you think they'd allow that?

They allowed short shorts in PALO on the Fantasy last March. Seriously. I mean, the young woman had a great body, but my mouth dropped open as my daughter advised me to not say a word. I really couldn't believe the outfit.

...that way she can go running through the hallways faster, stealing door decorations and FE gifts, before heading back to the room and lighting up a cigarette on the verandah...
Some people just know how to kick back and enjoy their vacation, don't they?

I've only been on the boards a few weeks (DH booked our 1/19 fantasy trip as a christmas surprise) and it's amazing how the same things keep coming up over and over again. I'm sure I'll be doing a fair amount of grumbling and eye rolling when I'm on board, but man... I haven't even been on a DCL trip and I already feel kinda like a jaded old-timer. Hoping the reality of the experience outweighs some oft his petty stuff once I'm aboard!

But this thread did make me laugh. Thanks!

Wow, that would definately rate a comment on my comment card!.

Anyhooo, I'd like to order Palo room service for my group (only 8 adults and 10 kids). We're in rooms in different parts of the ship, will that be a problem?

Not if you are sharing a bunk with the captain.

sorry that you don't believe it. The young woman was a stage performer. It was the last week of their contract, and several had family on board. No, I don't carry a camera to Palo and if I did, I wouldn't be so rude as to take photos of other guests. It was a white shorts and jacket outfit with sparkles on it.
