Trouble linking ADR's to new site?

Finally, it's working. I was able to pull up old dining reservations and cancel some of them.
 
I was finally able to pull up all of my dining reservations, but my resort one won't come up at all. Grrr...

Crazy...I could get the resort ones to come up, but not the dining ones.
 


The new site is so S L O W !!!!! I guess I'm just going to keep what I have and deal with it. I wanted to move some stuff around, but it isn't worth it! :headache:
 
I still get only my resort reservation and the one dining reservation I made using the new site. I try to enter my confirmation numbers, it pulls up my reservation, but then when I hit done and go back to my reservations they still don't show up!

Silly Disney site!
 
Alright - I figured out a trick! When I went to dining reservations and tried to click on "Add you reservation" and then I entered the confirmation # and other information asked, nothing happened and nothing showed up in my reservation list.

However, if you click on "My Disney Experience" up by the shopping cart and then click on "Link Existing Reservations" in the right hand column and enter the information for your dining reservation then it might show up for you. That just worked for me anyway!!

Didn't get that to work for me. I am beyond frustrated. I will have to call, I guess. I hate using the phone and it's even worse when I know I'll be on hold forever. UGH.
 
I couldn't get that to work either. Then I called and was on hold forever so finally hung up. I've got confirmation numbers and Disney site paper copies printed out so I'm just going to bring those and forget trying to link them. Too frustrating!
 
I need to be able to get in to cancel one of my ADRs, so if nothing else I'll have to call for that.
 
Hah! Hopped on my ipad, which apparently still recognizes the old site and was able to cancel what I needed to. SWEET!

If it changes over to the new site before I'm done tweaking ADRs I might flip out, though.

I think part of what is so annoying is that some things work for some people but not for others...that makes no sense!! You'd think that either the function would work or it wouldn't! :confused3

I'm using my DH's iPad and there are reservations showing up in the old system that aren't showing up on the new site on our computer. For example, there are 3 Le Cellier lunch reservations on the old site using the iPad and when I look on the new site using the computer it shows no availability...have you noticed this much between using the old and new sites?
