Best macaroni and cheese

My daughter is a huge mac n cheese fan. She says the best she's had at Disney is Yachtsman Steakhouse. And the worse: Coral Reef.

I thought the mac & cheese at AP was phenomenal!

I had in last July. Hopefully they still have it!

Where is this??

I thought WGPE macaroni was a bit on the dry side..
CM was pretty much the same you would get on any WDW buffet
Looking fwd to trying the mac and cheese at Chefs in Sept!
The pics Ive seen of Jikos looks very good!

Oh MAC & CHEESE- how I love thee  Too bad I think I'm developing an intolerance

In any event, I enjoyed the mac & cheese at Le Cellier, but whatever the mac & cheese was that I had at Cali Grill was my fave.

I saw a pp note lobster mac & cheese. Of course it varies in most places, but I've decided that most chefs take this to a place that's not really close enough to true mac & cheese to make it worth ordering. i.e. it has cheese, but the blend selected along with other flavorings tends to favor the lobster more than the avg mac & cheese fan's ideals of the traditional dish.

Cape May on the buffet is the best Mac & Cheese I have had at the World. I do like the "standard" stuff they have everywhere, though. I usually have a small spoonful every buffet we do. :)

ok at the expense of totally exposing myself- can I ask, does the Lobster Mac and Cheese at Le Cellier have actual lobster in it? I am allergic to seafood (shellfish) but I totally adore Mac and Cheese I would be devestated if I didnt know up front. :)

There are chunks of lobster in it. Not sure if the cheese sauce would be okay, but I also have a shellfish allergy and didn't feel comfortable sneaking a bite from my Dad's plate.

If you are interested in a mac and cheese that doesn't taste like kraft or any kind that comes out of a box, definitely try the one at Chefs de France. I have an ADR there in April just because I loooove that mac and cheese so much! It has a nutmeg taste and the gruyere cheese gives it a different flavor.

Crab Mac N Cheese at Shulas is by far the best Mac n Cheese anywhere near or in WDW.
