Any guesses as to when the Annual Passholder discounts will be announced for May? They were announced on the 9th of January last year. 2011 had different discount date blocks so it's hard to gauge then. 2010 was Jan 1 of that year.

Has anyone stayed at the cabins at Fort Wilderness? We can stay there or at AOA for just about the same price (within $10). We have 3 adults and 3 children (8,5,1) in our party. Trying to decide what to do...

I have always wanted to stay there, but what always changes my mind to a family suite is the extra bathroom! Our kids are 20, 18, 6 so we really need an extra bathroom

Anyone having problems with WDW site? Trying to book vacay for May but site not responding.

Does anyone know how to get the discounted tickets when booking online?

Yes, go to special offers and click on the % tab, then plug in your dates and go from there

Are you under special offers?

When you are on the main page, curse over places to stay, click on special offers, click on the blue "save up to 30% etc then on right go to select your discount?

when i get a quote for room and tickets, the tickets aren't anything close to what was unofficially posted in another thread. Actually, the cost of the tickets isn't much of a discount. I didn't know if I was doing it incorrectly or if i should try and call

I've read that people have been on hold for upwards of 2 hours? What are your details, and what did you think you're discount would be! Remember Danny25 is only estimating.

I was going to pay 350 for one night at AoA and then purchase tickets from undercover tourist for 1383, by going thru Disney I got the room and tix for 1568 so I saved. I didn't have any expectation though because I didn't know I could add discounted tix. I saved $165

I called twice today and was only on hold for 5 minutes around 10:00 then 15 minutes when I called around 1:15. Got POR river view booked for May :cool1: I am getting my tickets through UT, they have provided me with good customer service for many years and I would rather pay a little more and support them.

I am not really wanting to call right now. I am going to book the room online and then I will work out the tickets later. I am thinking that perhaps the difference could be from taxes. I can get my tickets through work for close to that or I can also check out undercover tourist.

Thanks for the help!

After only 59 minutes of being on hold I finally got through to add my discount to my current reservation and saved $740.08 off of my reservation :banana:! I am soooo excited and my trip finally feels official now! I was waiting for the discount to come out to book my flight reservations just in case I would need to change my dates around.

Original booking:
May 1 - May 10
Port Orleans Riverside - Royal Guest room -- Riverview
8 day park hoppers for 2 adults and 1 child
$3706.11

After discount added:
dates, resort, room type, and category remained the same
$2966.03

:thumbsup2

May 12 to May 25 at Pop on-line. However, I am hoping to get more off through the AP discount, whenever that comes out. ;)

The good thing about the cabins is if you want you can also use the comfort stations too and than you would have an extra bathroom.

I would love to do the cabins but we take our family trip at Christmas and that is out of our budget so we do the campsites instead.
