I answered there questions,then when it asked for reservation number i hit 0#..went to hold for maybe 8 minutes or so...

after being on hold for 45 minutes- I hung up and tried this! We'll see if it works for me too!!!

FINALLY DONE!!

the last call I was done within 20 mins ~~ but it took a full two hours to speak to a human!

Saved $227 for our 9 night/8day park pass stay -- we are staying at the end of march so only a couple of our dates qualified but still its a savings!

I got straight through this morning around 10am. I changed my reservation at POFQ for 5 nights May 30-June 4 to POR Preferred room and saved $225. POFQ has a 5% discount, while POR has 25%. Good luck, everyone.

We saved about $1200 total on our 9 night split stay. For the POR (RGR) 3-night stay with 8 day tix we saved $300 and for our 6 night room-only at BC we saved $900.

I'm really glad I priced it out online first because the number for BC was a tad too low and I realized she had put us back into a standard room instead of a Garden View, which is what we had booked.

So happy right now!!!!!

Still waiting to hear from my DU agent but I know she is working on it because she did send an email asking me what view I wanted at POR. From what I understand the preferred view with the promotion is already all book up for our dates.

I had a Wonderful CM!!!!

She knew exactly what to do and was very quick about it. I was able to upgrade from ASMovies to Coronado for my 9 night stay for $290!!!!

I added my airline info for ME and also put in a request for a room location.

All in all, it took about 10 minutes for the confirmation!

I saved a total of $550 for my stay!!!!

We're planning on Disney transportation, and chose Coronado Springs. It's pretty centrally located, and although the resort is large, as far as I've read, it doesn't share buses with any other resort. We also like the look of the rooms.

It is included in the new promotion with 25% discount.

Coronado was fantastic for US for transport ... especially the casitas.

Finally done! After waiting 45 min and hanging up, I tried the press 0 method- got through after 25 min and got everything straightened out. Standard view rooms at POR were 'sold out' for the promo (or maybe not offered- CM wasn't sure)- so we got garden view rooms. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable CM! I even took the survey to give her high ratings (I rarely do this unless I'm very unhappy with the service or very happy! lol)
Excited about our savings! For 3 rooms/packages- we saved a total of $1154!

After many tries today, I finally got through and spoke to a wonderful CM! We just applied the new discount to our current room-only reservation on 4/3-4/5 (we're going earlier in the week with my entire family, staying at CR. DH and I are just adding on a couple of extra days to our vacation). Got the 25% off the rate ($141 savings), so we are pleased!

This morning, I priced June 8-June 14 at ASSports, 6 day tickets with hoppers and the QSDP, declined insurance and got a quote of $2150.00.

I just looked again and it is now $2405.00. How is that possible for the exact same package???

I always book my own travel but thought I would help a friend out and use her service this time and she hasn't been able to get through when she has tried.

Are prices going up because they are selling out?

I was one of the ones who had to wait on hold because I was trying to get the discount applied to an existing ressie (vs. booking new) and that can't be done online unfortunately!

They could be selling out. I couldn't get standard view at POR for our trip- had to take garden view- still major savings for our 3 rooms/packages, but the cast member said it was prob b/c they were sold out of the number of discounted standard rooms allowed

Did the system tack on any extras like water parks and more, no expiration or something? Or maybe a preffered room category. Sometimes things seem to "appear" that I don't think I selected!

ETA: The price for the same exact package shouldn't go up, but if they are selling out of less expensive room types then it might be defaulting you to a more expensive room.

I made my new ressies online. I waited on hold to cancel our original ressie and to make requests- this is a big family vacation paid for by my brother- so I wanted to cancel ASAP to refund his card with the deposits made on the original ressie since he had 3 new deposits on it!
