I know there is quite a few of you on here that like their Yankee candles and I was wondering where do you find is the best place to order them from price wise.?

tbh I only buy them myself when I am in Florida, other then that I request them as presents:)

I have seen them on Amazon before at ok prices and also at sale times in the big stores. Have also seen them in TK MAXX, I think its just luck.

I bought a few for Christmas from the Yankee Candle store at Premium Outlets in September. One of them I just can't wait to light it smells like fresh cut Christmas trees..FAB-U-LOUS!

I tend to stock up in Florida too, otherwise I just buy them when I need them from Clintons

At the moment I like the Christmas Eve fragrance, but my fave is Bahama Breeze, it smells of Bahama Mamas ::yes::

I have yet to try a Bahama mama but if it tastes like the breeze I'm sure I will sample it next time we go.x

i think its just me but i can never actually smell any fragrance when any candles are actually burning :confused3 they smell lovely just sitting there but i light them and... nothing...:rotfl:

yes I tend to find that with the lighter smelling ones, but my DH can always smell them when he comes into the room. The Christmas spice kind of candles I find are very strong and often have to blow them out after an hour. My DH thinks the pine one smells like dettol disinfectant in the jar, hopefully it will smell like walking through a pine forrest on a crisp chilly clear morning when its burning:rotfl:

We have a store called buyology near us. Not sure how common these are. But they always have Yankee candles in there cheap. About half price. Not always the favourite flavours but I did get a cinnamon one last week the (big jar) for £4.99

Lol hopefully it will smell nicer when lit. I tend to use the wax tarts as these really let rip when melted and normally last a good week if its a light fragrance I can smell them from upstairs the following morning I love it.

We got ours from Amazon but you can sometimes get them in our House of Fraser too the smell of them is overwhelming in there. I really should pop back in there soon to see if they have some yummy new ones in stock.

I use Yankee Doodle for mine. They have good sales on through the year and delivery is quick.

same here, but go to clintons as they usually have them half price after xmas. also littlewoods or do a google search. i have had 'cherries on snow' burning over xmas and new year. my all time fave was christmas pudding but that was discontinued a few years back :worried:
christmas rose is quite nice too!

Bought 5 sampler size ones this morning from Clintons £1.80 each and a small red berry and cedar one for £4.19, will try them out later. We chose Fluffy Towels, Paradise Spice, Beach Flowers, Coastal Waters and Pink Dragon Fruit we almost bought Red Velvet Cake but it was very sweet and may have been a little OTT. We are just getting used to our large one Sun and Sand which is a little like sun screen and polish a strange but pleasant combination.

Clintons here were only reducing their Yankee Candles by 25% bu they were price matching with Amazon.

If you are ever in the area, the headquarters store in Williamsburg Virginia is amazing. Acres of Yankee Candles and other products.

If you know someone who is a member of a 'cash&carry' , you can pick them up really cheaply.

there seems to be a new Yankee Candle store in Dublin. I'm not 100% sure it's an actual full Yankee Candle store though I will investigate next Wednesday and let Irish dissers know :)
