Went to a special 2 hour WERQ New Year's Celebration topped with Gatorade served in plastic champagne flutes.

I'm back after a few months off with 1500 for the month. I had a long walk around the city in the cold today 168 minutes. Glad I have cold weather running gear!

Hi all. I'd like to join. Since I'm on Weight Watchers I'm used to doing monthly Activity Point challenges and trying to convert that to minutes is challenging for me. Lol.

So I'm going to start with an arbitrary 600 minutes and see what happens. :)

Can I still join? if so, 840 for the month for me! I should meet that just completing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.

I've already shredded yesterday, so I've done 28/840. More later today, since I plan on doing my workout after I get home from work. (woke up late today)

Love this idea of 2013 minutes. (And impressed because I can't fathom completing all of it!) We have a few of you aiming for 2013 - good luck!

I'm torn with how many minutes to make my goal. I have the marathon but also a 10 day vacation. I guess those will kind of even out.

I will aim for 1200.

I'm in again for this month for 1200. I do have the half marathon so may need to adjust this number upwards. We will see.

I'm in for 1000 minutes this month. I'm tapering for the Donald and want to take a my running mileage way down after that so I can try some other activities more. :cool2:

I am in for 500. I haven't worked out as much as I should in the past month due to a sprained wrist and ankle. (slipped on a piece of apple in the hall at my school). They have been feeling pretty good but I don't want to reinjure anything.

I had that problem last month. I got injured and was looking at not making my goal and it was really hard to not push myself but I knew not making it was better than pushing myself and getting hurt worse. Take it easy. (And remember that 20 minutes of situps is still 20 min of exercise... I did a LOT of situps in December).

Please put me down for 1275. :cool1:

This is great, thanks for doing it. Trying to stay on track, we are going to be moving at least twice this year. The more good habits happen now the more likely they are to continue later...

Anyone have any good phone apps (android) for weight watchers? I just need something to figure out points and track them, nothing complicated. We aren't signed up "officially" for the program with the WW site, just doing it on our own.

I'm using Hal Higdon's winter maintenance running plan; I hope I don't keel over first.

Love JM... Only "problem" with it is that she gets such a hard workout in just a short amount of time. good for fitness, not good for Dis exercise challenges. :lmao:

I'm in for 2013 as well. I'm BACK, and VERY GLAD y'all have kept this up! Sorry I bailed for a LONG while. Details when I update my journal.

I'm not using the bodybugg anymore - got tired of paying for the service - , so not sure I'll meet the goal, but sure gonna try!

I'm in! The whole family got sick in December, then the holidays arrived December was a big blah. DH is still sick, but I am hoping I can get back to the exercising! My January goal is 600 minutes. :banana:
