You're too sweet but thank you! I love to write and try to make it enjoyable for folks who invest the time to read - glad to hear you're enjoying! It's hard to let go of the old cruise group sometimes, especially when the new one is a little slow to start. My guess is it will really get moving after the holidays.

But it's been insane at the office and the holidays aren't helping, so it will be another two weeks or so before the last of the tale is posted. No alcohol was harmed in the fracturing of said foot. We were on the Grand I for a fireworks cruise after dinner at the Chef's Domaine with 10 friends and I gracefully managed to fall down the stairs inside the sitting room / kitchen area. The East German judge gave me 9.5 out of 10, so I'm pleased with the performance!

Wasn't sure that I had done serious damage until we got home Sunday night.

I REGRET NOTHING!!

Well, I don't know about that. I think I either have a fairly high tolerance for pain or this type of fracture just doesn't hurt as much ... at least at the outset. Besides ... it's Disney ... we must soldier on!

Hi Linda! Thanks for reading and I'm hoping to finish this soon ... between broken foot; working from home; and step-dad in hospital it has not been the Christmas holiday we envisioned.

We didn't realize it was broken initially ... while the bruising was pretty impressive it didn't hurt all that much except when I tried to put my full weight on it while walking. So I limped slowly around Epcot for the last two days of the trip and stopped for alcohol when I needed a break.
