Whenever I receive a lithograph from a cruise I get it framed and matted. Here is my small but growing collection. I would like to see your framed/matted lithograph. Sometimes I am lucky and I get the artist to sign my lithograph.

Very nice. Wish we had the wall space. I keep telling DH if we get one more wall hanging it will have to go on the ceiling.

Okay, I'm going to sound really dumb but what exactly is a lithograph? How do you get one?

We were on the DCL Inaugural Hawaii cruise and the lithograph was a gift on our bed one night.

We have the card that came with it behind the print inside the frame. Like others, conserving wall space.

On some Disney specialty cruises, each stateroom is given a 18x24"(?) print of a limited-edition artwork done just for that cruise by Disney artist "Ducky" Williams, who is usually onboard those specialty cruises and autographs the prints.

We've received them on our Christmas cruise, Panama Canal cruise, and the spring Hawaiian cruise.

Beautiful framework and lithographs! If you don't mind, could you advise if you like to use a particular private store or a chain type to get these done. We won some prints? on the Fantasy we just came off of. One is of Walt & Lillian and there's another one that escapes my memory. What a great idea-thanks so much. Can't wait to go and get my stash of other prints and such done. I have some from Ducky Williams that were personalized through a mutual associate.

Thanks in advance for your advice. BTW, we live in FL:beach:

Do you receive a litho for the Halloween sailings? We have 3 Ducky lithos and keep adding to our collection!

Isn't a lithograph delivered to each cabin staying concierge?
I wonder how often they change them on regular sailings.:confused3
TIA

We just got a Panama one. I will have to move stuff to get it up in our Disney room. Yours are great! 5 cruises and this is our first one.

There is an annual litho done for concierge cabins. In addition, there is one done for most of the specialty cruises (14 nights, for instance).

Many are curious about the lithographs.
I always had questions, but was reluctant to ask.

So..... how about 1st person omniscient.

All concierge level cabins receive one. (Yes)
Is there a way to get one if not booked CL?
Do all cabins receive them? (No, unless unque cruise, CL)
How often do they change/differ? (annually if you lucky)
Are they unique per itinerary? (Yes)
Does everyone receive one on the specialty cruises? (Yes)
Does everyone receive them on normal itineraryies? (no)
Does CL on specialty cruise receive anything different than the usual, given to all?
If upgraded to CL do I get one? (Yes)
How large is the print? (our's was 16 X 20)
Is the size always the same?
Who is the artist?
How thick is the paper? (thick paper)
Is the artist always the same individual?
Has the artist always been the same over the decades?
Does the print come with a cover/case? (Our's came with a thick cardboard envelope 17 X 21, that was huge to handle, carry on only, oversize definitely, worked great, we placed our signed photo mats, and purchased photos in there.)
Why would I want a delicate item to debark? (For us - unique rare item, possibly never accessed again)
Does anyone get home with these large prints un damaged? (Yes, us, even with air fare.)
Can you say carry-on? Thankyou Jet Blue.
Do I really need one? (No)
Am I glad I got home with ours? (Yes)

We sail concierge once a year. Over 8 years we twice received duplicates. I mentioned it to the concierge host and he was able to locate a unique one that I didn't have. They seem to keep some extras around in case of frequent cruisers.

I put ours in frame too, together with all the pins :)
