i'm not sure when i will be going in february but emme & i will be making a trip in february. we return from our disney cruise on feb. 2 so i reckon we will be at disney world shortly thereafter.

Calamari Fritti - corn-crusted rings served with spicy tomato sauce


Debra said, "I had calamari, which was delicious and crispy. Entree was prosciutto e melone pizza. This was delish! Lots of prosciutto and fresh cantelope."

Debra said, "I wasn't blown away by this. The bread was good, but the meat was overly salty. Fruit was fresh and flavorful."

Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake - vanilla cake with a gooey toffee filling, vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce



Debra said, "Oh goodness delish!! One of my fave desserts ever!"

Here is what Debra had...

Tonga Toast - banana stuffed sourdough bread, rolled in cinnamon sugar and served with ham


Debra said, "I had the wonderful Tonga Toast with ham. This was delish, but our server was awful."




And then Debra had lunch at Downtown Disney's...


T-REX

T-Rexadillas
with chicken, peppers, green onions, monterey jack and cheddar cheeses grilled in flour tortillas
and served with pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole


Debra said, "These were good, but nothing special."

Pork-asaurus Sandwich & Waffle Fries
smoked pulled pork simmered in BBQ sauce, served on a toasted bun with an onion ring and coleslaw



Debra said, "This had a good flavor, but I wouldn't run and get this again. Waffle fries subbed for chips. Gave these to little boys.
Did not try coleslaw either."

dcx3 said, "This dinner was new for us. The food was hot and fresh and came as quickly as you wanted it! The consensus was the pork and chicken were a bit dry. The shrimp was delicious but having to peel it slowed my boys down. The steak was delicious The potstickers may have won out as most enjoyed. Overall a great meal we would do again."

'Ohana bread pudding served a la mode with Bananas and Caramel Sauce

Appetizer - Coral Reef crispy fried shrimp. Perfectly made.
Entree- Brown Derby Filet... We were selected to test trial FP+, so I changed my Fantasmic package to Saturday and HBD was the only one open. I was hesitant, but we really enjoyed our meal.
Dessert- Boma African Fool salad. We had very good desserts but this is the one I enjoy the most and it was made especially for me."

Debra said, "Hubby had scallops. This was so good in "chowder" form. Liked this better than my bisque."

Wok-Fried Green Beans - battered green beans, sweet Thai chili dipping sauce

Thai Chili Chicken Wings - fried chicken wings tossed in a sweet Thai chili sauce, spicy Asian pickled cucumbers



Debra said, "The green beans were nice and crunchy and the dipping sauce was great. These were a hit. The wings were good, but the real winner was the green beans."




Then for her entree, Debra had the...

Tempura Shrimp - chili plum sauce, jasmine rice, and stir fried vegetables


Debra said, "I loved the shrimp. Nice crispy batter. Rice was a bit dry. Veggies very crisp."




And for their desserts...

Fried Wontons - Skewers of fresh pineapple and cream cheese wontons, vanilla ice cream, honey vanilla drizzle


Debra said, "Heaven on a plate!! Love, love this!"
Hubby had the mango pie, which was super light and a nice mild mango flavor. I will post all pics in my official dining report, which will begin in January."
