Lanyard Team
Lanyards on past cruises have sometimes been purchased by a team of cruisers and then distributed to "DIS" cruisers the day of the cruise. DIS Cruisers would then wear said lanyards as a way of easily picking out fellow DIS fanatics as we are out and about the ship.

Hopefully I answer all your questions!

Yes the FE is open to everyone. Not everyone who joins us on this thread will partake (their choice) but all who want to can! I like the link in the main post as it gives 1 idea of what people do and what a Fish Extender looks like etc. In the past we've recieved so many different sorts of fish extender gifts. I can tell you that the best ones were probably the cheapest. We had a group who owned an italian restaurant in Golden, CO and they gave everyone a bag of seasoning for spaghetti sauce. Just a favorite recipe of theirs in a zip lock bag! In the past other gifts have been hand made magnates, candy from someones hometown (people from Hershey, PA brought Hershey Bars) etc.

Another way of PM'ing someone is to go to their public profile and in the top left of their "user area" should be a link "Send Message" with assorted ways to send a message when you click on it.

As were still very new to the thread, im not sure who is going to take care of the FE list etc. The FE list is sort of a sub roster of people who want to partake in the exchanging of gifts.

Were by far not experts at this whole cruise things but if there are any questions, please free to post as I guarantee someone who is going to join our cruise at a later date has the same question and wont ask! I'll do my best to answer your questions the best I can!

Hi, thanks for taking the time to answer all of my questions. I wasn't sure about the FE since there are children in my party, but I definately would like to participate - it looks like fun. My daugther will love it, even though she has no idea we are taking them a Disney cruise - it will be a suprise.

There is a thread or two devoted to homemade FE gifts. I have gone both ways-home made and purchased. I think I'm going purchased this time, but we shall see...
