Admit it. You're a grown-up who still watches kids shows.

Are you one who likes to let the inner child in you come out once in a while?

Do you like a little good clean fun?

Do you find certain live-action, animated or puppet characters appealing?

Do you crack up at Bert and Ernie's antics?

Did you learn Spanish words from Dora the Explorer?

Do you squeak along with Chica the Chicken every morning?

Did you develop an appreciation for classical music from the Little Einsteins?

Do you answer "yes" at the TV when Mickey asks you if you want to visit his Clubhouse?

If so, you're one of those adults who still thinks that children's shows are entertaining. I don't mean cartoons such as SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS or PHINEAS AND FERB. I also don't mean so-called "tween shows" such as JESSIE, iCARLY, SHAKE IT UP or VICTORIOUS. I mean the shows aimed at the younger folks. Many of these are just as appealing for grownups as they are for kids. SESAME STREET is the no-brainer of these programs....that may be the secret of its great success--even though in the last decade or so, it's been effectively the Elmo show.

So are you one of those grownups(with or without kids) who watches the kids fare on PBS, Disney, Nick, Sprout etc.? Come out of the closet and admit it.

Here! lol

My husband and I love the Pajanimals! Along with some you listed, we also like the Wonder Pets and the Backyardigans.

I don't watch the shows meant for preschoolers, but my sister and I (early 20s) will sit down and watch the Disney Channel on occasion (and always when we're at Walt Disney World).

I actually like Ant Farm, Jessie, and Shake It Up.

Yes I am! I'm a huge fan of Thomas the Tank Engine, which we still watch on DVD around here (and youngest is 9). I still like episodes of Calliou and the Wonder Pets which we also have on DVD, but I wish we had Franklin and Little Bear DVDs.

I mentioned Chica from Sprout's SUNNY SIDE UP SHOW in my original post. One of her human sidekicks, Kelly, is the best perky girl since WDW's Stacey. I love when she sings the birthday song.....she makes it come out like a production number....with a little help from Chica's squeaks.:happytv:

When I had to watch pre-school shows, I hated most of them.

I didn't mind The Rugrats too much, though. The Wiggles weren't bad, either.

Huge Veggietale fans in this house. I have always liked Arthur too. I am guilty of watching Garfield and Friends, the Tinkerbelle movies, and Jem and the Holograms.

Jake and the Neverland Pirates, mostly for the little songs at the end credits and the worst but most comic sidekicks ever.

Never mind the modern stuff, give me Camblewick Green, Trumpton, The Herb Garden, Bagpuss, The Clangers and all the old good stuff. If you want to watch them they are all on youtube.

I love Phineas & Ferb and Spongebob Squarepants!

I can't think of one kids' show that I like. I like some family shows, like Leave it to Beaver.

When my kids were younger I found it sheer torture to sit through kids' shows.

Little Einsteins is on right now :rolleyes1
My husband gets annoyed at me at night. Wen the kids are in bed he says ok we can change this now the kids are sleeping. I'm like ok but let me watch the end of this episode at least! :lmao:

I don't watch the pre school shows, but I do love Good Luck Charlie. I will actually DVR that one. I still have kids at home but the youngest is 12, but we still all watch that show. We also watch Jessie, but I won't DVR that one.

Guilty of Thomas! We have all of the old Thomas videos, with Ringo Star and George Carlin as Mr. Conductor -- we really don't like the new ones.

VeggieTales! And Garfield. Also Rocket Power, Wild Thornberries, Rugrats -- those late 90's shows.

And SMURFS. Let's not forget our little blue friends. :)

I really like Good Luck Charlie, too! I've watched it several times by myself when the kids are gone or in bed.

I don't watch any of the preschool shows, got my fill of them when my kids were that age. Although, I do like the Christmas episodes of many of the preschool shows, so I may have to force the kids to watch them so I can too. :)
