No activity around here today?

How am I supposed to goof off at work if no one else is around?:sad2:

I was referring to this chart. Of the top 6, they all joined in version 1 or 2, except you who joined in 6. I'm just glad you let me win.

I started around the same time as Brian. You guys have more posts in each thread than I have in total....

One of the hottest places down here is Joe's Stone Crab. They are open seasonally and make a ton of money. Had lunch there a couple of times but never for dinner. $$$$ for lunch, $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ for dinner.

There is a Joe's in Chicago too. I've been there twice as a guest of one of the railroads that services my company. The first time I went is in the top 5 meals that I've ever had. Giant stone crab claws, bone-in filet, key lime pie, Bombay Sapphire and tonics.....

Where is that drool smiley?

Nope. It hasn't been posted on here yet, but Aaron let it be known over at the other place that my brother mentioned on Facebook that my wife had the twins today.:banana:

Congrats!

Last full week of work before 5 shortened weeks (and my boss in on vacation all this week). :cool1::banana:

Next week I am flying with my 2 brothers-in-law to Boston on Thursday morning and then driving to Caribou, Maine for a wedding on 12/21/2. Yup, we're going to the end of the earth for a wedding on the day the world is supposed to end. That's why the wives are staying home. Why am I envisioning a Planes, Trains, and Automobiles trip trying to make it home for Christmas? :scared1::eek::lmao:

Yeah, it says they keep giving you a paycheck!:rotfl2::rotfl2::lmao::lmao:

Not going to the game tonight. Got an invite to the Garden for a cocktail reception and will be meeting some players. I think they are also doing pictures with the Bruins banner. Playoff tickets paid for, hopefully they can win tonight and get a shot at a bye.

Going to be a tough one, but would be a huge win, and give them the lead for the #2 seed...

Have fun tonight!!

Caribou Maine! You will be just north of the booming metropolis of Presque Isle Maine. I'm surprised you couldn't get a direct flight. :lmao:

There's a great big beautiful internet, wasting time at the end of every day...

You can also use it to waste time earlier in the day too. the icanhazcheezeburger sites (failblog, failbook, etc) are always there to help.

You can also take time doing a google image search for things like Extreme Ironing

Presque Isle is where their cousin lives. He works for the government. He actually wanted to go there. :crazy2: :confused3

We were going to try and throw him bachelor/stag party the night we get there but apparently there is a shortage of 'entertainers' in that neck of the woods. Something about the poles being too cold. :rolleyes1:rotfl2:

LOL, you have to be careful or something like this may happen.

Not the first image that came to mind, but let's go with that one!:rotfl2:

Took the family to see Christmas Town at Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, on Saturday. Wow that place was packed! Good weather brough out all the folks I think. Only got down to about 57 degrees at night. Have to say, they really did a great job this year. I remember turning to DW while we were up on the sky carts and saying "this is on par with the way Disney does things". Really well done. They even had Disney pricing... a cup of Starbucks coffee with a dash of Kahlua... $6.99  Want a Bud Light? $6.99 :headache: The kicker is the fact that one can see the brewery right through the woods! Crazy.

50 pages and about a week since I've been here. Hope all is well. We've been pre-occupied with last minute preparations for our Ukranian visitor and trying to learn Russian (Rosetta Stone is amazing). We pick her up at Dulles Sunday night!:cool1:

You get season's passes don't you? We skipped BG this year, but I've always wanted to see Christmas Town.
