Just stayed there this weekend at a preferred room (surfs up bldg). Everything was very nice and our area of surfs up was quiet. Only issue was we had was no hot water the second night. Has this happened to anyone before? I am going back this Friday for a week and have a minor concern about this.
That would really stink. I have never had that happen in any Disney hotel. Other hotels yes but not Disney. I always wonder how big the hot water tanks must be.

Honestly, it was late and we were tired so we never even called. By next morning, there was no issue.

We are checking into All Star Sports tomorrow! can't wait! We request Football or baseball sections. Fingers are crossed for football! It's my favorite part of the resort! Plus DS loves throwing around the football on the football field while I'm getting ready. Will be so much easier if I can just look at the curtain of my room and see him!

My son and I will be staying in a Preferred room at ASSports December 23rd - 30th. This is our first time staying at an All Star resort.
I'm not a sports fan so I was hesitant to stay there but after looking at pictures, I am looking forward to staying there.

Do you have any photos to share? Is this an actual rehab or are they just doing minor maintenance and updating the comforters? ASSp was rehabbed in 2007 so it's a little early for a complete rehab but stranger things have happened.
I think it's time ASSp joins the rest of the World by adding the privacy curtains.
send an email to let Disney know you prefer privacy curtains.
if more peeps did that, we might see a change and get our wish.
