I just weighed the stupid duffel bag. It's 10 pounds. Now that means I have to get rid of 10 pounds of stuff?? how in the world is that even fair???




So--- Shelly - have you seen the dragon flying around the new FL??? The kids are so enthralled with it! I don't know how in the world they did it-- but I'm pretty enthralled myself. I'm hoping against hope that it will still be there on Saturday night.


Belle is just bouncing off the walls this afternoon! Can't wait to see the excitement Drew and MC are putting off when they get home! Probably none. They're too cool ya know.

Forgot to say----- the high here today was 65. I had on a blousy t-shirt type shirt with 3/4 sleeves, jeans and boots and I was roasting all dang day.

I'm afraid we're gonna be cold-hot-cold-hot all dang vacation!!

Yeah for Belle being excited!!! My kids have been too overwhelmed with school and make up work to even get excited about the trip. Remind me to NEVER plan a trip during the school year again.

I'm afraid we're gonna be cold-hot-cold-hot all dang vacation!!

It was 65 here yesterday, but then we got a cold front and now it's, well cold.

I've been watching the weather down there in the mornings and even though it has been getting to the upper 70's by the afternoon, the mornings are still very chilly. So I am afraid we are going to be dragging jackets along to the parks no matter what . And of course the 2 days we are planning on staying at the parks late are the 2 coldest days!

It's gonna be interesting!! Just hope that rain goes away!

I think the week after our trip, it was 80. Go figure.
