Was able to book a couple of ADRs for 1st week of January earlier, received my confirmation numbers and emails. Now, I want to cancel one that has a CC hold and everything is unavailable and the all circuits are busy message when you dial the cancellation number. Grrrrrrrr

Nope, that's down too, it won't retrieve any of my reservations, hotel, etc.

Yes! I am also trying to cancel some ADR's that have CC holds on them. This is aggravating. If they don't have it fixed in time, I hope they waive the cancellation fee.

here's something funny, I had dialed so many times that I got through and automatically hit end! It took 27 calls but I did get through by phone, the girl was very sweet, said that the system yesterday didn't come back up for them until after 6PM. Also, no cancellation email she said hold on to your ADR number and you can check that way.

I just made dining reservations this morning online (it's our 180 day countdown) so I think the system is back up.

good luck! my call that got through didn't take that long but earlier one had me holding for almost 10 minutes with no end in sight!
