The Walking Dead on AMC

My little, shameful, TWD secret - even though I may have caught the show on Sunday night, I STILL download the episode so that I can watch it again mid-week. Apparantly, TWD is my crack - I can't even make it a whole week between fixes!!

Unfortunately, DS missed all of season 2. I bought the dvd at Target last week and he's been busy catching up. Of course, I just have to watch along with him. I really hope that AMC has a season 3 marathon during the mid-season break so that DS can catch up on season 3 (the first few episodes are no longer available On Demand ). Then he can stay up-to-date using OD.

Dish finally quit acting silly so I imagine that Verizon will find a way. I wouldn't worry....yet.

We had dish during that fiasco. But when we pcs'ed here we could only have verizon. Hopefully it gets fixed

We dissed dish when they dropped AMC. I really liked Dish too but had to have TWD. Like Direct now but still not used to all the channel numbers.

I disliked the way DirecTv mixed the shopping networks with everything else. Then I discovered that we can set favorites and I LOVE that. My receiver only has channels that I'll ever watch and it's so much easier.

Since Daryl is a fan favorite, I predict that it will be a tense reunion between him and Meryl. As in, pick your side, pick wrong and you die. A death showdown.

I'm guessing the older prisoner. And if there is a showdown tonight between the to groups I'm guessing some of the wall guarders. And what up with that one particular guy that walked way from the wall last week? I think he will come into play tonight.

Java, I believe that is Tomas, the bad prisoner that threw the walker on Rick. And then Rick proceeded to kill him with a chop to the head. As Rick says, "Sh!t happens".

Oh my goodness. Merle was just awesome. And so friendly! I have more pics on my fb page. As you can see my daughter's "costume" in the Daryl pic. Well, Michael Rooker "Merle", tried to zip her back up. LOL

We got to speak to everyone for quite some time with the exception of Norman Reedus. His line was just crazy long. We literally only had about enough time for him to sign our bobble head doll and take the pic. I mumbled that he was awesome and we just loved him in TWD and Boondock Saints, then we had to make room for the next in line.

We were able to speak to Merle and Shane on multiple times though. Nick Gomez (Tomas) was just a normal guy walking around the con! He and his brother (who looks just like him) were very nice and gracious also!
