City, Sand, and Savanna - Link to new trip report

The last episode I caught was "The Lottery" (NoBetteMiddler) so it was nice to have several chapters to catch up on.

Enjoyed the Vero report GB! Looking forward to the WDW segment!

I am having some serious Deja Vu on yourr last morning. Wild.

The tracks fascinated me, they definitely look like a tire track of sorts.

Lovely morning pictures! I do like the email folio

:rotfl:

Yeah...where is your morning coffee anyway? Something is missing from this picture.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Your list of places to get to is pretty long!

Too bad my list is bigger than my wallet! :p

Beautiful sunrise pictures! What a great way to start the day. I would NEVER have guessed those tracks were from a turtle, but now that you mention it you can tell and imagine how they move in the sand. How neat.

Oops about the bench! Makes for a memorable moment. :rotfl:

Sorry I haven't been on here today everybody. Thanks for the Thanksgiving well-wishes and I hope everyone reading this had a great day with family and friends today too.

You scruffy-looking nerf-herder!

Who's scruffy-looking?

Glenn, beautiful sunrise pictures. I could sit by the water and watch the sunrise every day.

Thanks. I'm glad you liked them! :goodvibes

Too funny that so many turtles go to the same area.

They need to take a number.

My favorite picture of the group...

:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

So that's the way it's going to be, is it? ;)

Seriously, I'm sure most of us have done that a time or two in our lives. ;)

Yeah, I'm just glad it wasn't wet paint.

The wake up part would be difficult, but it looks like it was at least justified.

It was worth it.

Yeah, looks really cool!

Now I'm sure you're going to come back here now that everyone has commented about it and tell us it looks like a machine made it, because that was a machine.:rolleyes1

Now would I do that to you? :rolleyes1 (Turns out I can't....these tracks really were made by turtles, that I wish I could. That'd be fun.)

So apparently, sea turtles don't understand the concept of marking their territory.

Nope. Apparently not.

Here's the question... When you felt the dampness did you just roll your eyes, shrug it off and make yourself comfortable, or did you shoot off the bench like it was electrified and look around to make sure nobody was around to see you? :confused3 :rotfl2::rotfl::lmao:

Ahh, finally a good question on this thread! It was the latter -- I shot up like a rocket.

It's green. :confused3

True. But you still say "Oh dang. They're kickin' me out."

Uh oh. I hope you explained ME well enough. :rolleyes1

:upsidedow

The stars must have been aligned yesterday because I got a point! (Or I'm stuck at work and it's really boring because it's a holiday week and there's nobody here) Woo HOOO!

I'm glad it worked out for you! Even if it was just because it was boring week at work.

Of course we are ALL laughing with you, Glenn.

Okay, good. 'Cause the voices in my head were telling me I was getting paranoid.

good sunrise walk with the misses, way to get up early for her.:thumbsup2

Gotta keep her happy. :)

i though you were goingto say you had some "coffee on the veranda" this morning...

:rotfl: Yeah, it was tempting to go for that joke, but we've gone to that well a couple of times.

im sure you were just getting the dew off the seat so judy could sit down.:flower3:

Yeah, that was it!

Good, I'm glad you're caught up and enjoyed the Vero portion. Now on to WDW!

I am having some serious Deja Vu on yourr last morning. Wild.

Probably all Vero stays are pretty similar?! :rotfl2:

The tracks fascinated me, they definitely look like a tire track of sorts.

Very mechanical-looking. I wouldn't have known what made them, without attending the turtle presentations.

Lovely morning pictures!

Thanks!

Yeah...where is your morning coffee anyway? Something is missing from this picture.

Good question....I didn't make a note of it. I probably made some Via in the suite.

Evening Glenn !!Long time no hear from !!!! So where'e the update , prolly as I'm driving home from work and Marv and Pat are sitting poised to be the first!!!:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Too bad my list is bigger than my wallet! :p

:rotfl2: I know what you mean! I'm thinking that I need to pull a "Rick Steves" and figure out how to travel to vacation spots and get paid for it. :confused3

Beautiful sunrise pictures! What a great way to start the day.

Thank you!

I would NEVER have guessed those tracks were from a turtle, but now that you mention it you can tell and imagine how they move in the sand. How neat.

It was cool to see the tracks. We hadn't gotten to the beach early enough to see them on any other day that we were there.

Oops about the bench! Makes for a memorable moment. :rotfl:

Yeah, it's always something, right?

Okay Thanksgiving over where is Glenn!!!????:rotfl2:

Yeah, we were visiting family for the holiday and weekend, then took Lauren back to college yesterday, and did some Christmas shopping today. Running, running. I looked in here some, but didn't really have an extended opportunity to do replies.

Nice! Yeah, maybe that too. :rotfl2:

:worship:Oh mighty Glennbo123...what do we have to do to get some Disney updates?

I only hear from you when I'm late with an update Elianor! Maybe I'm waiting just so I can get some flattery from you?
