What's up tour buddies, we also booked the Dec 11th tour today! Got the AAA discount with our CAA card, agent didn't even ask for the membership number :)

Looks like this'll b the International Holiday Tour then. We'll see you there :-)

Loving the DISBoards App on my iPhone :-D

We're booked in for 1:30pm on 11 Dec - :cheer2::cheer2:- to celebrate DD's Sweet Sixteenth (she's a HUGE NBC and all things :santa: & :earboy2:fan). For any internationals out there, Disney did accept our Auto Club card :thumbsup2 in Lieu of AAA Card for the discount.

We booked this tour as well! It's nice to know DISers will be part of our group. I'll be the one in the scooter, joined by my daughter and mom.

:santa::santa::santa::santa:

How much is the tour? I will be requesting tickets for 2 adults and 2 teens 13 and 16, plus I ave AAA.

My husband and I were thinking about booking this tour if there's still room.
We are going Dec. 1-8.
We are first timers so wondered if it was worth it to take the tour since it will take up about three hours of one of our days, although we thought it would give us a good overview of both parks and DTD so we don't miss anything.
We heard that you could just hop on a train when you first entered DL and it would take you around as well?
Any opinions??? :confused3

We're first timers as well, and from everything we've read it sounds like its well worth the money & time investment. The reserved seating (actual seats!) for the parade are a huge perk, as well as Small World and Haunted Mansion holiday admission.

We are also first timers and booked the tour with our AAA discount on the 18th. We are really looking forward to it.

Thanks to your post, I called and changed our Tour to the later one so we can see it at night! :) Our reservation at Blue Bayou isn't until 7 so we will be fine. Thanks again for this suggestion; I'm so excited to see the parade at night!

Also, it just dawned one me that we'll be in the same tour group! Hahaha. :)

Nice!!!!!!!!! What's your name? Wanna be sure and say hi

Does anyone have a picture of the pin?

The blue part spins too.

How does the tour include both DL and DCA? We were thinking of booking this as well. The pin is so cute!

They take you to DCA to talk about Buena Vista street and they holiday traditions of the time period. You also get a marshmallow treat from over there, and then stop by Carsland to talk about the different trees. We also took a group photo in front of the billboard for Carsland, it was cute! Then you go to DL for the remainder of the tour.

I'm still on the fence about this one.
CheshireGato would you say this tour was worth the $$ and time??

I'm my opinion it is worth the time and money. Especially since you get great seating for the parade (padded chairs!) and I learned some neat things. You also get the marshmallow treat, a gingerbread cookie, a holiday travel mug (full of hot chocolate) and a pin included in the tour.
If you have a few extra hours and need something to do I would jump on it. Some of the people in my group bought their tickets the day of, so if you are really unsure you could wait until you are at the parks to decide.
