I just want to say thank you to everyone who posted their recipes and tips over the years. I am not sure if the pdf file project was ever completed, but I am happy to report that I have one that could be shared at this point. The warning is that while best efforts were made to capture everything correctly, there are probably mistakes!

Glad that you got the file without any problems. Just an FYI - the links in the table of contents (the beginning of the file) and the index (the end of the file) should work to help you navigate around the file.

If you want inspirations for dinner tonight - I made the chocolate souffle from the Cruise Line a couple of times and they were good (I modified the recipe to 2 servings both times). I tried the maple glazed salmon but we didn't care for the glaze. It was too sweet.
