I see how it is. Can't wait to comment on your team losses this year. When did your team last win a National Championship?

Yeah... really doesn't change my opinion at all. :rotfl2::rotfl::lmao:

The real question is how many years it will be before the NCAA strips their championship. :rolleyes1

Shouldn't be long now. ::yes::

Cal hasn't done anything wrong at UK - yet. I wonder how long Crean will stay there before jumping to the NBA.

UK played well last night. They are not the front runners this year, but still a top 20 team. But, probably not in Final Four this year without some luck or a good tournament run.

Well, IU has already had 2 players suspended for 9 games this year, so Crean's got them on the right track. :rolleyes1 :rotfl:

I find it hard to root for college teams that don't abide by the salary cap....

Here is a good piece written by sports illustrated on UNC with prevalence to UConn.

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/20...berg/08/31/UNC-NCAA-academic-fraud/index.html

UConn did play by the rules and got screwed.

Really? Grade ineligible players on the court is playing by the rules? I think you missed the point. It wasn't that Uconn didn't cheat, it was that UNC was worse and did not get punished. I agree that UNC should have had the same or more sanctions, but it doesn't mean Uconn got screwed.

Of course my opinion at this point is that college sports has become a feeder program to the professional leagues anyway(a minor league of sorts). Why bother trying to hide it. Let the players that are there for school excel and graduate with a career. Let the others play 2 years of sports and move on. Do grades really matter when your signing a $20M contract. We are forcing adults to go to school and study. Shouldn't they be able to make that decision and live with the consequences of not getting an education? Just my opinion.

Don't knock the penguins, I mean, how else are we supposed to feed the polar bears?

Well, Ok, as long as they're not Christmas Seals, alright?

Wish I could. Management frowns on having music at your desk.
Typical…

I missed where you joined the group.
Welcome sir, we’re glad to have you along!

Thanks for the welcome, Goofy! Its good to be here.

I'm able to pull off the music at work by wearing ear-buds so it doesn't carry down the hall... my boss sits next to me, and the walls are thin, so I tell him that I listen to work so I don't hear anything confidential (which is pretty much true... but is a nice excuse regardless :cool1:)

All day every day! I usually stick with dtuneslive.com (8 different themed stations) but alot of dads listen to d-cot.com. With d-cot, you can see what the other dads are listening to.

Thanks for the tip! I listen to Live365.com and there are a ton of Disney park stations of all different varieties... but I'll have to try some of those you mention. :thumbsup2

You actually listened to Bobby V?:lmao::lmao: Maybe you should have been signed to play Right Field. At least someone would have listened.

I know you'll agree with me that the manager won't matter if you are playing with a roster of AA players. I guess it will at least be the end of the "sold out streak" topic. There's no way they'll be able to keep that going with only 5K fans in the park.

:rotfl2: That sellout streak is absurd! Half their games this year had plenty of seats left at game-time, and they still call it a sellout. :lmao:

With D-Cot you can choose what you want to hear... More of on demand than a radio station.
:thumbsup2

Let us know what you think.

And if you need help figuring it our Scott is our resident support expert. If you need his phone number let me know....:rotfl2:

I listen to Live365 as well. Usually switch between Disney music and a few other play lists. There really are a lot of stations. Some are the same all the time so if you are looking for something specific you can tune in for those.

They must be using the old seating chart before they added 10K seats. What would Dennis Drinkwater say?:rolleyes1

Yes, the station list is overwhelming with Live365... but nice to have a lot of options for some very specific genres. I also like switching up formats a bit. Are there specific Disney stations you prefer over the others? I'm not a VIP, so my choices are limited, but I like some of the shows on Radio Buena Vista quite a bit.

Long day and week and feels like it should be about 8 PM Thursday. Back to

Andy and Barry are both listening to Wilderness Lodge music. Just thought everyone should know..

Good morning.

Anyone listen to Disney parks music at work? I have a few channels on internet radio that I flip between... right now I'm listening to the 30-minute pre-Illuminations music (followed by Illuminations...) Best way to start the day. :cool2:

Can our trip get here any sooner?

I was just going to suggest D-cot.com, but of course, everyone beat me to it. It's a great site and has a great selection of music to listen to.

Brian is right  You can select the music you want to listen to. And no, I'm not the resident support expert, I just slept at a Holiday Inn Express last night. :lmao:

Do you have any issues with the audio quality with D-cot? A lot of their selection sounds like it was recorded live. I hear people in the background alot and some of the parades and shows sound like someone just held up a tape recorder. Not trying to slam D-cot- in fact I like it better now that they've added a few tracks to their Haunted Mansion selection.

Yeah some of their selections are like that - but, I've found, for the most part they are good.

And I guess, I kinda like the tracks with the crowd noise too - makes me feel like I'm a part of parks! ;)
