I'm not so sure I'm thrilled with that choice of date. I have an excursion that goes from 11:15am to 2:45pm, so that means I'd have to rush back to the ship and be all ready for the whole evening well before 5pm. Plus I'll be eating lunch really early before my excursion, and drinking all that mixology stuff on a basically empty stomach (I'm not snacking before going to Palo!) I'm also not sure I want to drink that much before going to Palo. That pretty much would mean no wine with dinner.

Is there another day that they might be able to choose? If not, I may have to bow out, and I'd hate to have to do that.

I'm not exactly thrilled either. She says she'll keep checking to see if something has turned up on the 9th. I guess pre-confirmed phonecall doesn't mean what it used to. And group #2 is before private Remy.....

We can handle the change- but it's certainly not ideal. The sea day was a much better choice.

Are there volunteers to switch to group #1, if we have to switch that group to Wed at Grand Cayman?
A few folks have PM'd that they have reservations at Palo, and don't want to do Palo and Mixology so close together.
