Hi everyone!!Welcome to the Pet Swap!!
Sign ups will begin on November 1st at 9 a.m. est. Sign ups will close on November 8th.
The swap due date will be January 14th-to get us through the holidays.
Newbies are welcome. If this is your first swap on this board, I will limit you to 3 groups.
After sign ups, please pm me your name, mailing address, email address and phone number (I will only use these in an emergency). I will send the same information to you.

If you forget a check in, I will pm you a reminder. After 48 hours with no response, I will request an angel for your spots. If you will be on vacation or out of town, please check in early.
Packing & Mailing instructions:
For the 2 letter groups, use jewelry or snack size bags. Label each of your bags as shown below. Put all of your letters for each group into 1 snack or jewelry size bag per person, then put all of those into 1 labeled quart size bag.
For the single element groups and mini kit groups, use a bag large enough to seal your pieces inside. Label each of your bags as shown below. Place the bags for each group into a labeled gallon size bag.

Please include return postage & a mailing address label. If you want delivery confirmation, include $.75, as well as a completed DC slip.
You may send to me by any method you choose before January 7. After this date, you must send by priority mail with delivery confirmation. I will return your goodies using flat rate boxes/envelopes from the USPS. The rates for these are: envelopes $5.15, small box $,5.35 med/standard box $11.35, large box $15.45. Please do not include the click-it/ship-it postage as it is only good on the day it is printed and from the location it is printed.
If you have any questions on mailing or bagging and tagging, please ask. Your packages will be returned much quicker if everyone follows these guidelines.
Requirements:
There are 3 different types of groups in this swap. Please see below for the requirements for each.
2 letters -- at sign up, select one or more letters per group.
Please use all capital letters.
Letters should measure 2 with a mat or shadow behind it.
Letters should be embellished at least once to fit the theme of the word.
Single elements-Please list your element at sign ups. Make one element per group (per person) from the list below.
Mini Kits-Please list your title at sign ups. Make a title and 2 elements per group (per person) from the list below.
Element list:
*Title = standard 8x2 topper (other sizes are okay), welded and shadowed letters, letters on squares, circles,mini tags or other shapes, a large title tag, title on a box, borders, photo mat, altered CD.
*2 photo mats for a 4x6 photo, 2 layers, smallest layer 4 ¼ x 6 ¼, embellished
*2 journal boxes, total of 3 layers, minimum writing space 3x3, embellished
*2 tags (or 1 large taggreater than 2x3), 2 layers, something in the hole and embellished
*1 paper piecing (not a single layer diecut, at least 4 inches or best judgment)
*1 file folder or matchbook (2 if smaller than 3x4) - -embellished
*2 slide mounts -- embellished
*2 Frames - needs to fit 4x6 photo please - Sizzix okay even though smaller
*Altered CD
*3 altered paper clips
*1 library pocket and tag. Tag must be 2 layers with something in the hole, pocket must be embellished and no smaller than 2x3
*1 license plate
*3 shapes(squares, circles, stars, flowers etc) 2 layers, embellished
*1 ATC embellished 3 ways
*4 inchies embellished 2 ways
*Signage/Bookmark: 1PP 2x6, double matted and embellished
*Song/Lyric/Poem: 1PP, 3 layers in total and embellished. Min size 3x4, shapes are welcome
*Altered letter: matted at least 4 inches embellished
*2 altered pins
*1 Banner: at least 8 long with ribbon or string, embellished
**You may mix elements up too. Example: You could choose to do 1 photo mat and 1 journal box as 1 element choice. Another example would be one tag and one photo mat as an element choice. If you have any questions, please let me know!

Suggestions for embellishment include:
Die cuts, stickers, stickles, flock, ink, chalk, brads, charms, flowers, eyelets, ribbon/fiber, sewing, tearing, embossing, stamping, clipart, additional layers of paper beyond double mats (if it would look weird trying to fit in another embellishment, specialty paper (such as embossed, glitter, bling).
