June 2013 pin code watch !

I am predicting that there will be no free dining in 2013 other than the one month period of late Aug.- late Sept.

Right now I am trying to figure out if we should go in June with a small discount or hope that Aug. has the s/p/d which I think is a pretty good deal. I'm just worried it would be even hotter in Aug.

We were in WDW in June and August last year. Both were hot, August is more humid. However, it was BLAZING hot here last year, so by August my body was already used to it and it didn't bother us as much. The heat in June always takes me a few days to get used to since I am normally coming from milder weather here at home. (Exception of course being 2012 when it was hotter at home during our June trip than it was in WDW )

Okay, since I've never done this before, explain to me how this works. If I make a room only ressie now, then in December make all my ADRs, then in February a discount comes out and I change my ressie, will that mess up my ADRs? Are they connected to my room or completely seperate?

Your ADRs are separate. So, you can book now, and add a discount if it comes out. You can book all your ADRs in December, and nothing will change but the price of your room WHEN we get our discount!

I don't even know when we are going let alone when we will ready for ADR's. We only have I think two definites for ADR's but we need to lock down our dates.

So, if it all works out with the dates, I think DD and I are going to surprise DH by showing up at the Studios during SWW and watching the Hyperspace Hoopla. DD showed it to me last night on youtube and I thought it was hillarious! DH won't know what to do with himself.

Isn't the waiting just THE WORST?? We're hoping for something...anything...for June 1-8. The wait is killing me!

I guess it's a good sign that they've started the 2013 pins and discounts though....maybe it won't be long. When I looked on Mousesavers, it says that last year a June discount (room) was released the beginning of November.... I REALLY hope that happens this year!!

I really hope the Disney discounts come out before the Southwest flights for June. Even though it's easy to change the flight days on SW, I don't want to get stuck paying more money or having bad flight times.

I think you are allowed to book up to 3 rooms.

I believe you can book up to three rooms with the same pin code. My daughter received a pin that covered just one of our travel dates so we didn't use it. However, the castmember was ready to apply the pin to all three rooms (all under different names)

Just booked our package for 6/9 to 6/15 at AofA LM rooms with dining. Wondering if I should have waited for discounts? I was afraid of waiting and not getting a LM room, since they seem to be so popular??

If a discount does come out, can I go back and apply it to my ressie (I have no discount at all presently. Not even AAA. I guess the new resort is uber popular. I know my kids were super excited looking at the pics yesterday.

So excited to be planning this trip!!!

Yes, if a discount comes out, you can call right away.....they can apply the discount to your reservation right up to when you're going to be there. (that's what they told me on the phone) and if you've paid in full already, then they will credit you the amount of the discount. but the CM I spoke to did say that as soon as you see a discount come through, call right away because there is limited rooms assigned to each discount. Good luck!!!
