since you are there at the Fort now did you get a list of the Halloween days activities when you checked in? I'm asking the posters there at the Fort now (not just you) if they got it or to share it if they get one while there. Don't cramp your style for us though-it might be too tough if you are only posting via the phone.

400 loop is a great location - down in the heart of the Fort. Have a great time.

This is a relaxed trip. So far wonderful. Yesterday we just enjoyed our site & shopped at both trading posts. Needed ice 2.50. Needed a 9 volt battery for smoke detector & was told no charge. Mickey has our back. Very nice. This trip we booked too late to use Kenny, so we have a fort cart. Kenny's cart was faster . Good service too. Check in was quick. Our site has nice folliage for privacy. Our favorite thus far. A premium was all that was available. Beautiful RVs surround us. Fun for those folks & we are pleased our 1998 Catalina. Clean, new paint, barely used. Bama Ed, I will post the Halloween info next. It was in the check in package. Thanks for the well wishes!

Tues Oct 30 4:30 pm pet costume parade, 6:00pm pumpkin decorating contest, 8:00-10:00pm site decoration contest. Halloween poolside activities start at 10:05am. Too many to list by phone. FYI horse & carriage came through 400 loop 2 times last night & once today around 3:00pm. Love Disney horses! Planning a ride once this trip. Also there is a notice posted Oct. 15, beware of a black bear sighted. Do not leave food outside.

Hallowishes was great from the beach. Went looping tonight to see decorations. Lots of fun ones. Back at the campsite to enjoy hot dogs & cold ones. Night all.

Another wonderful stay.

We did ride the horses once. 10 am ride. Very nice & pretty scenery. Horses are safe for beginners. The horses are trained to follow the leader down the trail.

We walked the path to the Wilderness Lodge there and back. Not very far for us.
We enjoyed the lodge and watched the gyser. Rode the boat over there once to shop & enjoy it again.

We watched the regular wishes fireworks from the beach once. Not half as spectacular as Hallowishes.

We swam at the meadows pool several times and the cabins pool once. We love the cabins pool. Beautiful trees and secluded. Nice hot tub too.

Looped many times day and night. Lots of fun decorations. The fort is the place to be during holday season. Can't wait to go back!

We went on a fishing excursion yesterday and I was bs'ing with our guide, he says whenever someone needs some OT they call in a black bear sighting because they majorly increases their hours lol.
