Discount Stroller Rentals ??

I am considering renting a stroller, City Min GT, from DiscountStrollerRentals.Com

Has anyone ever rented from this company? If so, what was your experience with tHem?

I have checked Magic and Kingdom stroller rentals as well. Discount Strollers is less costly and offers a wide variety of stroller models.

I am interested in any info on this also!!! (Sorry I am of no help!) We have a trip planned for early May. I have DD2 & DS1, so a double stroller would be great!

I too love their large selection of strollers, but not sure about their reliability as they seem to be a new company. Would love to hear more experiences.

Didn't think that direct advertising was allowed on the DIS...

That said check to see how the new stroller/wheelchair/ECV rules will affect your rental beginning Nov. 1st, where it has been stated that Bell Services will not be allowed to take and return your rental unless it is from one of their authorized vendors. IIRC, ( and I have no horse in this race) Orlando Stroller is authorized. You could call and see who else is authorized and make your decision from there. But definitely look into it before plunking money down.

I have just spoken to someone at Disney who seemed perplexed when I mentioned this to her. She then spoke to a Supervisor who confirmed that this is 100% NOT true. They will accept strollers from any company that delivers them.

It definitely applies to ECv's as people have already been notified by their rental agencies. Supposedly it applies to strollers too. When the free DVC valet parking through Bell Services was eliminated the change happened overnight and no one was notified until it happened and the front desk people said they had no idea ahead of time either. Hard to say for sure until Nov. 1st rolls around, but I personally don't see how they can say ok to strollers and no to wheelchairs and ECV's without it being discriminatory. Just wanted to let people know as it might affect their rental plans.

Thanks for the info. I'll certainly have to see what happens in November. I don't want to be stuck without a stroller in December.
