This is the dawning of the rest of our lives... AT DISNEY WORLD!!!! COMPLETED 1/6!!!!

I'm sure you will visit during the fall someday and get to experience it!!

Maybe I will have to post it yet! And no, I am not going as Rapunzel. :( I wish. I wanted to, but the good Rapunzel wigs are $500! And I only wanted to do it if I could have the epic long braided wig with the flowers cause I'm kind of a perfectionist when it comes to Halloween costumes. I know that's silly but I don't care. Even if I did have the money for the wig, a big heavy wig like that while trying to enjoy the party would not be comfortable. BUT I am really happy with what I ended up choosing and I CAN NOT WAIT!!! Ahh!!!

I haven't had a chance to read your newest updates yet, but I am planning to do it as soon as I log on sometime tomorrow! In the meantime...

Joni and I are pretty much definitely going next October so yeah! I'm sure I will too, hahaah! :hyper:

YES PLEASE DO! And ya know what? For some reason I didn't even think of the fact that you'd need a wig! I don't even know what I was thinking but yeah, that would NOT be ideal. So now of course I'm super curious about who you're dressing up as... but I can't wait to find out! :cheer2:

:mickeyjum SINGLE DIGIT DANCE :stitch:

:cheer2: pixiedust:  :woohoo: :dance3: :dancer: party: :jumping1:

:dumbo: 9 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :simba:

I was SHOCKED when I tasted it and it was so good. I also have to say, by the time I got to Starring Rolls, the Butterfinger were all sold out. *Cries* So I didn't get to try that one. We had the Red Velvet (also Delish) and a chocolate peanut butter (yummy). We had cupcakes at the Boardwalk Bakery and Animal Kingdom that were just okay, nothing amazing.

You will have to let me know what you think!!

Ahhh yay!!! I want to eat all four of these. The red velvet is a favorite of mine, so much so that I didn't try the Butterfinger or Peanut Butter cause I was too obsessed with it. LOL. BUT I need to try all of these cupcakes this time!!!!

I don't think the Boardwalk Bakery is as good... I agree. Though I do LOVE the Safari/Zebra Cupcake at AK.

I definitely will! I'm planning on doing a full out dining report. :thumbsup2

That's amazing!!! I hope I can go next October as well!

Yeah, I do have blonde hair... but not long enough, I'd def have to go all out with the wig. So yeah... not so comfy for MNSSHP. My actual costume is PERFECT though! I can't wait to share it with everyone!!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY Single digits!!!!!!!!!!! Woohoo~~~~~~~~ I'm so excited for you!!!!

That's amazing!!! I hope I can go next October as well!

REALLY?! :hyper:

One Man's Dream is so emotional... it really makes you think about how much Walt did and how much we could be missing out on if he hadn't. I shudder at the thought!

Okay, the SAME THING happens to me all the freaking time. I can be so tired that I can't even form coherent thoughts and when I finally get into bed it's like my brain took a 5-hour energy or something. Ugh. It happened to me on my most recent Disney trip so I sympathize. So not fun.

9 days!!!!

9 DAYS UNTIL YOU ARE IN DISNEY OH MY GOD.

Pizza Planet has a cappuccino CUPCAKE?! Why hasn’t anyone told me about this before?!?!

I ALWAYS tear up in One Man’s Dream. I love how Disney has that. I just can’t stand the people who walk through there and don't even care. I always read everything and see the movie every trip. Never gets old.

I hear ya about being so tired. I have totally gotten like that before but food always cures the sleepiness. Oh wait. Food cures everything…

THE SINGLE DIGIT DAYS ARE THE BEST!!! We are all UBER excited for you!!!!

You have not even finished this TR and I already cannot wait to read your next one!! Please do include a costume pic, the whole Disney nerd nation is speculating what the Queen of the Poly will be wearing.

I think it is great that you will be able to have a couple of solo days in the parks. Touring solo is something I have always wanted to be able to try, but have not had the chance to experience. Being able to do whatever you want, whenever you want and not having to worry about anyone else must be great!!

HAVE A GREAT TRIP!!!!!!!!!!

Yes! I hope to go next year anyway. I have no idea what is gonna be happening in my life though, so we'll see!!

I agree. It always really strongly reminds me that I have to follow my dreams. Well, all of Disney in general does that, but especially One Man's Dream!

Ahh... it's the worst. I'm hoping I can feel more rested on our upcoming trip! But... lbr... that's not likely.

I don't know, but now you know!! Put it on your Cupcake List!!!

Oh my gosh, I know. I hate when people just brush it off as boring or something b/c it's not a ride or a show. Umm it's the history of the very place you are standing in, silly people.

FOOD CURES EVERYTHING is so true!!!

Thank you so much guys!!!!!

Aww thank you! I can't wait to start the next TR too! And I will... I plan on including a lot of pics, don't worry! I will post a pic of my costume when we get back since if I wait until that point in the TR to reveal it, it will take months. I can't keep the Disney nerd nation waiting that long!!! My royal subjects!!! <3

Yes, the solo days will be lovely. I do tend to tire myself out even more than usual when I'm solo though, so like I said I will have to make it a point to relax! Ahh I can't wait!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Day 8, Part 5 In Which Hot Cast Members and Free Hummus Cheer Me Up

Despite still being kinda down in the dumps, the Livin It Up could not and would not stop, so I changed clothes and took a bus to Downtown Disney to return the tights I purchased earlier in the trip while Mom hung back at Pop to rest for a little bit. We had plans to meet up at Epcot after an hour or so.

7812576310_09865e9497_z.jpg

This is a terrible pic, but the lights remind me so much of Stacey that I had to post it anyway!

It had been four years since I've been to the West Side at night, and it was awesome! I mean, how could it not be, with all the ABSOLUTELY GIGANDO names in entertainment and all?

It improved my mood a bit, although, obviously I wished I was there with someone. It was so lively and busy, with people everywhere and bands playing, all the stores and restaurants hopping... it was just a really great vibe. If I was a local, I'd be there all the time to eat and get a drink and hang with friends.

I've canceled so many ADRs over there in favor of more overly Disneyish things, but I don't think I'll do that in the future. On my BFF trip with Lee-Anne, we're spending a late night there, and I'm really looking forward to it.

7812576000_711836e796_z.jpg

This was so cute. That woman was singing classics like "I Will Survive" and "Respect" and these kids were dancing like CRAZY. Oh they were so into it. I loved it!

Somewhere around this time, Kara (MarieTheCat24), Jess (Disneyfreak508), and I were talking on Twitter. We decided we were going to start a Stacey fan club called "CA-LASS-IC So Wham So Boom: The Stacey Fan Club"... if anyone wants to join. There is going to be a pretty strict application process. True Stacey lovers ONLY!!!!!!!

I returned the tights at Apricot Lane with no problem, and then went to catch a bus over to the Beach Club, so I could hang out there and then walk over to Epcot.

The Beach Club is one of my favorite resorts, so I've spent a good amount of time there. However, like the rest of Disney, I had never seen it at Christmas, so I was quite excited about all the decorations.

7812613712_7590c14184_z.jpg

Oh my goodness, the smell when I walked in there... I can not even describe how wondrous it was. It ALWAYS smells good at the Beach Club, but with the gingerbread, it added a whole other level of amazing onto the already glorious smell.

I loved all the individual gingerbread men on each panel!

After looking around some more and inhaling deeply, I headed out of the hotel and onward to the International Gateway.

My mom wasn't quite to Epcot yet, so I wandered the WS a bit... enough to enjoy the ambiance and look at a few things, but not really stopping anywhere for long. I knew my mom would be in Future World soon, and I didn't want to make her wait.

7812611078_efe74f6330_z.jpg

Of coooourse, I got distracted and sidetracked by alcohol and boys. Shocking. That never happens!

I got a glass of wine in France, which was unfortunately sold to me by a female. I was going to visit my French boyfriend from the other day BUT I FELT SO AWKWARD ABOUT IT. Like even though he told me twice that I should come by, I felt like a weirdo being all like OH HI, YOU CALLED ME A PRINCESS THE OTHER DAY, HERE I AM BACK AGAIN LUCKY YOU. So I just kind of walked by where he works and peeked in... I didn't see him, soooo I just left. Let's all say it together, folks: F-R-U-M-P. :upsidedow

So, then I met a guy in Morocco. He was standing in front of the Tangerine Cafe alone, all smiley and looking content with life. He was really cute. Not just b/c of his physical appearance, but he had a very sunny disposition. I LOVE people who are not yet jaded and annoyed with life.

As I was walking by, he said hello and struck up a conversation with me immediately. One of the first things he said to me was, "This is the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!!!!" Obviously, I agree.

He asked where I was from, when I told him I was from New Jersey, he said "Oh, I've been right by there!" and I said, "Oh yeah, where?" He replied, "Boston!"

That made me laugh because I live four hours from Boston. So I wanted to be like... well, that's not really "right by" me. But I guess when you're from Morocco, it is! Perspective.

He then asked me if I'd ever been to Morocco (no) and if I've ever had Moroccan food (not really). He said I should come in and eat at the Tangerine Cafe. I said I would, but I was on my way to meet someone. He said I would really like it and that the food there is pretty authentic to what he has at home and is very good. I told him that I love hummus (which they have at the Tangerine Cafe) and he said "Oh! I'll go get you some!" and disappeared INSTANTLY.

It was SO funny. Like I didn't even have time to say anything, he just immediately went to go get some. I didn't know whether to follow him inside or not, he was gone so quickly... I just kind of stood in the doorway awkwardly.

He came out with a little container filled with hummus and said, "Here you go! Hummus for you!" It was so sweet! Free hummus from a cute boy. What could be better really?

Men of the world who would like to woo me: If you bring me free food, you are ten steps ahead of everyone else.

I thanked him and told him it would make a great snack for later. "Yes! Enjoy it!" he said, and on I continued in my World Travels.

In Italy, I got another glass of wine. Sold to me by another woman. Sigh. Hey, I'm all about Girl Power, but when it comes to the World Showcase, I would rather associate with the male models they hire.

She was nice though, and helped me choose one since I had no idea what to pick. Honestly, unless wine is REALLY REALLY cheap and bad, like bottom of the barrel crap, I usually like less expensive kinds just as much as the top of the line wines... new wines just as much as aged ones... so I'm not much of a connoisseur is what I'm saying. Wine is just a good thing in general is my point.

Anyway, I can't remember what kind I got in Italy or France... but both were very good, and surprisingly inexpensive. I think they were like $6 or $7 each, which surprised me since the wine at Rose & Crown was $10. Is expensive wine a thing in the UK? It can't be any more a thing than it is in France or Italy... right? I know nothing about this. I will just have to assemble a panel of English/British, French, and Italian Cast Members to discuss this topic when I am at Disney World in 8 DAYS!!!!!

I also bought some delicious Italian chocolates...

7812610760_a1ea349a83_z.jpg

French wine + Italian wine + Italian chocolates = MOOD IMPROVEMENT.

Then... Germans. Oh, the Germans. :lovestruck:

I went into Karamel Kuche INNOCENTLY!!! Just to take a look!!! Not expecting to have a flirt-a-thon. I WAS JUST LOOKING!!!!

There were two ABSOLUTELY PERFECT German guys behind the counter. I'm telling you, if Ralph Lauren had walked in there, these guys would have been hired for the Fall 2012 campaign immediately. I asked them a lot of questions even though I am not a big fan of caramel and really did not plan on ordering anything. I can't remember much as I was in a love-induced daze, but I think the conversation went something like this:

Me: Oh my God.
German #1: Hallo!
Me: Oh my God.
German #2: Hi!
Me: Oh......my God. You are perfect.
German #1: No you are.
German #2: Are you an angel?
Me: I love you.
Both Germans In Unison: I love you!
German #1: Hey, I saw her first!
German #2: You did not. I did!
Both Germans: *Fighting in German*
Me: I love you.
Both Germans: *Fighting in German Over Me*
Me: Boys, boys. Please! There is enough of me to go around.
German #1: Marry me.
German #2: NO, MARRY ME!
Me: Let's all just calm down. I'm sure we can find a way to sort this out.
Both Germans: *More Fighting In German*
Me: *Dreamy Sigh*
German #1: I've never seen someone so gorgeous!
*My mom texts me saying she is in Epcot*
Me: Oh gosh, I've got to go!
German #2: No. Please stay!
German #1: Stay here, angel! Goddess!!!!
Me: I must go! I'm sorry!
German #1: No! Princess!!!
German #3: Who is this stunning woman? She must be mine!!!!!!!
German #1 and #2: NO! SHE'S MINE!!!!!!!!!
*3-Man German Brawl Over My Hand In Marriage*
Me: Ack...I just... I've got to....WE'LL SETTLE THIS LATER!!!!!!

Whew. That was a very accurate portrayal of what happened. I mean, it's like you're there.

It was really something. Needless to say, that woke me up. I was in a much better mood, and ready to enjoy our second to last night at Walt Disney World!

Up Next: Will we EVER get tired of late night MK marathons???

Awwww, buying Baby's First Mickey Ears! Love it.

F&W is a beautiful thing, absolutely. I always wish I could go every year, but it's not typically in the cards.

I like your top 15 must do's at F&W. Very very good choices.

I still call it MGM. I only call it DHS to be official on the DIS. It will forever be MGM to me.

I often run out of ways to describe my TSM experiences too. They do normally end in tears though, because I'm wiping the floor with someone.

Oh dear god, the needing to sleep, but then once you actually get the ability to sleep, you can't "thing"? Drives me insane!

I would totally be willing to be an inaugural member of the "CA-LASS-IC So Wham So Boom: The Stacey Fan Club". Because seriously....who DOESN'T love Stacey?

Distracted by alcohol and boys? Noooo!

Free hummus from a cute boy? Absolutely!

That definitely sounds like a very accurate portrayal of what likely went down in Karamel Kuche. Very nice. Very very nice.

My favorite updates are the ones where you go to the World Showcase. Just... keep going there. :rotfl:

STACEY FAN CLUB :cheer2:

I NEED TO VISIT THE BEACH CLUB AT CHRISTMASTIME. Seriously, the smell of the resort + gingerbread = heaven.

Ok, seriously, I need to find a guy who gives me free food, especially a guy from World Showcase. Maybe one from Canada who steals some cheddar cheese soup from the Le Cellier kitchen and gives it to me.

Wow, sounds like a crazy night in Germany! :rotfl:

DTD is so awesome at night! I love going there at that time. I've never been down in the entertainment district though. I'll have to make note of that to check it out on my next trip. Can't wait to hear about your experience there though lol And I would totally love to join this Stacey Fan Club of which you speak though I don't think I'm as truly devoted as you, Kara or Jess so... I'll just be all wham over here by meself.

Oh the Beach Club... why you must be so so so pretty?!?! I'm really regretting the fact on my first trip I picked AKL over that place, but then again, I love that place. Again, CONFLICTING FEELINGS!! But I love those Gingerbread creations. Disney, why do you have to be so awesome? And why am I asking that question?! slfjosbvaohgahibighagoaghaoghaghaoghaobgiagaogh

*ahem*

YAY! World Showcase! I swear you should start scripting this TR for a Disney World TV sitcom for teens or something. Seriously, this stuff is GOLDEN! Not to exploit frumpiness or anything, but seriously: The world must know! lol Anyways, awesome to hear you ran into another one of your "WS boyfriends". Boston... trololol. Boy, is he OFF?! Not even close. But good thing you played along or no free hummus! I wonder if any of the WS girls are this nice, I may have to shut off the snark for a moment then ;) LOL @ the German guys in Karmel Kuchel, though I'm still not entirely sure of the validity of this, but still the world must know of this gold ::yes::

Can't wait to read about another of your late night MK marathons! :mickeyjum

I'm sorry I missed your single digit dance, but I think today would be the one week dance, right?

:dance3:party::jumping1::drinking1

You are going to love the Food and Wine festival and MNSSHP! I'm so excited for you! I can't wait to see your costume!! :cool1:

I love DTD at night, but I never go to the West Side either! I love that picture, it totally reminds me of Stacey!! :cool1: Did you hear how they are doing soft openings of Fantasyland right now? I've been stalking the thread on the Theme Parks board of people who have gotten to go in, and some people have said that it's been closed at certain times for photographers and to film things...and I was wondering...is STACEY there? Is she filming new awesomeness for Fantasyland as we speak? OMG I HOPE SO!!!! :cheer2:

Your Beach Club Christmas pictures almost made me cry! The Beach Club all decorated for the holidays is SO perfect, I'm going to have to find a way to visit during my trip! I love it there so much!

Awww, women selling you wine, that's no fun! :rotfl: I'm glad you were rewarded by walking into Karamel Kuche and having German men fight over you, sounds like perfect night in the World Showcase!

IN 7 SHORT DAYS LEE-ANNE AND I WILL BE AT WALT DISNEY WORLD!!!! AHHH!!!!!!

I wonder... do they have teeny tiny Mickey ears for newborns? They must, right?

I know, I try to go every year, but it hasn't worked out since 2008!!! I can't wait to finally be there again!!

"I often run out of ways to describe my TSM experiences too. They do normally end in tears though, because I'm wiping the floor with someone." hahahah AWWWWYEAH. I completely know this experience. If you and I went head to head it would be a DEATHMATCH!!

A lot of people don't love Stacey. I DON'T GET IT EITHER.

It was a word for word portrayal. I wrote it all down seconds later!!!!

My favorite updates are the ones where you go to the World Showcase. Just... keep going there. :rotfl:

Yes, you definitely have to check it out! The West Side is so much fun. And if you are feeling wham you are more than welcome to join the club!!!

Don't regret AKL! AKL is amazing too! They are both perfect in their own ways. That's the great thing about Disney: wherever you end up, whatever you end up doing... it's gonna be perfect.

"Not to exploit frumpiness or anything" LOL. Trust me... if I have my way, many of my frumpy adventures, Disney or not, will make their way into a screenplay or two someday! Just you wait and see. ;)

Thanks Timmy!!

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ONE WEEK!!! 7 DAYS!!! AHHHh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Love" is an understatement. The Food & Wine Festival and I have a bond deeper than love. I really can not explain it. LOL. And I just know MNSSHP is gonna be perfect too... the only thing I'm scared of is RAIN :( I can deal with a spell of it here and there but I have a big fear of it raining all night and them canceling things and my soul can not handle that!!! I will die!!!

OMG I have been avoiding all the Fantasyland stuff cause I just want to experience it in person... but I REALLY HOPE STACEY IS THERE!!! OMG. Imagine if she is there when I am there and I see that flawless woman. I will get down on my knees and kiss her feet.

Ahh I know! I wish I was going during the holidays again, but it's just not in the cards. I'm going to miss Christmas at Disney!

It was absolutely lovely! You never know what's gonna happen when I am set loose in the World Showcase!!!! lol.

The Beach Club during the holidays pretty much encompasses everything that is wonderful about the holidays. I love the giant gingerbread creations there, they smell so good!

LOL you really do meet the best CM's in WS. Free hummus is definitely a good snack!

AHHH so you were at the Beach Club like THE NIGHT BEFORE ME! Wait that isn't true. I was there the 14th. Whatever, none of this is actually important? BUT, that's the only time I've ever been to the Beach Club! I've never smelled the normal wonderful smell, but dang did that gingerbread smell amazing!!!

I want some free hummus! I don't remember if I like hummus or not, so what better way to find out?

That was a very interesting story. Bravo. :cheer2:

I know, I don't know what I did to deserve such luck!

BUT, that's the only time I've ever been to the Beach Club! I've never smelled the normal wonderful smell, but dang did that gingerbread smell amazing!!!

I want some free hummus! I don't remember if I like hummus or not, so what better way to find out?

That was a very interesting story. Bravo. :cheer2:

Aww, I'm glad you got to go and experience it! It's so beautiful, I always make a trip there at least once.

Oh girl. I am about to school you on the wonders of hummus. You need to start eating it cause it is the BUSINESS. Basically it's just dip but WAY better for you. It's very healthy and completely delicious. You just have to watch what you eat with it, like obviously if you're eating tortilla chips, it's not as healthy as if you eat it with 100% whole grain crackers or my personal favorite, brown rice snaps. The best flavor IMO is roasted red pepper. It's only $1.99 at Whole Foods for a pretty big container of it. I could live off the stuff. Ok, I'll stop rambling about food now.

Thank you! ;)

PTR Update: Random Things About Our Trip!

Disclaimer: This will be a very long and rambly post. I don't expect anyone to even read it but I am chomping at the bit to get to Disney World. I just don't care much about anything else right now and so I had to get these thoughts out SOMEWHERE!!!!! SIX DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-I'M FREAKING OUT ABOUT THIS. Originally, I totally put the Fantasyland Expansion out of my mind, because I knew it wasn't going to be in previews until Nov 19, which is long after our trip ends. Then, Jess told me it was in soft openings while she was there at the beginning of Oct, but she didn't get to go. I promptly LOST IT at the possibility of this happening during our trip, and did a ton of research. I mean, I was honestly just so SHOCKED because I never even thought we would get to see it, like at ALL. So what I ended up finding out is a bunch of mixed info. During our trip, Cast Member previews are happening, so it probably WON'T be in soft open for us. :( However, some are saying it will definitely be open during MNSSHP. This kind of throws our whole MNSSHP plan out of whack... not that I care, I am DYING to see this new Fantasyland!!! I honestly will cry and lose it and need to be sedated if we get to see it. The other only hope I have is that there is no CM preview and nothing else scheduled on the 27th (that the public knows of), so hopefully it will be open that day! KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED FOR US! I WILL SERIOUSLY DIE OF JOY IF I CAN SEE THIS!!!!

-I think I have FINALLY FINALIZED our plans. I am very obsessive and I over-plan and I have been doing that all day since I did not have to work. I am not letting myself change ANYTHING ELSE. I'm not even going to LOOK at our plans b/c I know they are perfect and altering them any more is just completely unnecessary!

-As for dining, here are some clues about where we are eating!!
1. There are 8 TS reservations.
2. 3 of them I have been to before, 5 are new to me.
3. One is a breakfast, 3 are lunches, and 4 are dinners.
4. One is located in Hollywood Studios (if you can't guess this, you don't know me AT ALL. Also, there may be a picture of it in this update. Hmm.)
5. Two are located in the World Showcase.
6. Four are located in Deluxe Resorts.
7. Two are Signature Dining Experiences.

So, there you have it! Kind of, not really. You probably can't guess most of them. You'll just have to wait for the TR! ;) We have a few great CS places planned too, but using up CS credits during the F&W Festival is NOT easy! I love F&W so much that I usually want to eat there in place of ANY meal... so it's been super hard to plan everything! I've never been on the Dining Plan before, but so far I am VERY much liking the fact that most of my food is 100% paid for already! Plus we got it discounted due to Free Dining, so that's just beautiful. haha. I just can't believe I'm going to be eating at these amazing restaurants and not forking any money over. It just... does not compute. AHH I'M SO EXCITED!

-We both did our Online Check-In and are set to go! We didn't make any room requests, because in the case of this resort I'd like to leave it up to chance. I personally think any room/location is a good one (all for different reasons), so I don't really mind where we end up. I will, however, be requesting (again) a certain location for the 2nd resort I'll be checking into for what I'm calling my "Bonus Weekend". I just have my heart set on this location, and I'm paying extra, so I hope it goes well! Eeee!

-I called Disney to get our Magical Express info straight, since we're arriving on separate planes and leaving on different days, and the CM was great... but it still says "Ground Transportation: Not Included" when I log into DisneyWorld.com and look at our reservation though, so that's worrying me a bit. I guess I'll have to call Disney yet again!

-The shiny new memory card I ordered for my camera arrived, and after testing it out I discovered it holds 9,999 photos (But there's room for 10,000... actually, there isn't. It literally holds 9,999. Oops.) OR 219 minutes of video. This is perfect, because I haven't done a trip video since 2008, and Lee-Anne and I always get into crazy hysterical antics, so I knew our first Disney trip was going to need to be captured on film. However, I HATE carrying around a video camera, and I don't even like the one I have. It's 6 years old and the color quality on it really sucks. At a place like WDW where there are so many stunning vibrant colors all around you, that's something you really wanna capture! So, at first I was going to buy a new video camera and just deal with having to carry it around all the time in addition to my other camera. But then I realized, my regular camera takes awesome quality videos! It may have been cheap and purchased as my emergency camera when my former one broke at Disney, but it's really proven itself to be wonderful! I take short videos on it all the time, and they come out looking great. So I decided to just buy a 32 GB memory card, which was only $19, a bargain when you think of the fact that I almost bought a new video camera! Also, I'll only have to carry around one camera now, so basically it's just a bingo. I'm so happy I won't have to worry about running out of space at all. Though, we can get quite picture and video happy. When I texted Lee-Anne to tell her about this new camera and everything it can hold, she replied "All of that will be used up within the first hour of the trip, lbr." hahahahaha

-I finally made some rough plans for after Lee-Anne leaves, so I at least have an idea of what I'm doing. I'm planning to go outside the norm for my Bonus Weekend, and I'm hoping it all works out how I want! Even if it doesn't... it's fine, I mean, it's Disney... everything is going to be perfect. But I want to do something special, so we'll see!! One thing I know for sure is I'm gonna have to go on a thrill ride spree - Lee-Anne isn't fond of thrill rides, so while she's here we won't be doing much of that! So it's definitely going to be a WHAM! WHAM! WHAM! kind of situation with these thrill ride marathons, believe you me.

-So... I got to sewing the last piece of my MNSSHP costume yesterday, and it didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped. Alas, it is not going to be as perfect as I originally planned... BUT I don't care. At first I was a bit frustrated, but then I was like... you know what? Who cares! I'm not there to look perfect or win best costume, I'm there to have fun celebrating one of my favorite holidays with one of my best friends at a place I love so much I call it my home. AHH I AM SO EXCITED! It still looks good, and I am happy with it. I didn't finish it yet because I need some additional supplies (STILL isn't sparkly enough... it's getting there, though!!), which I will go to Michael's and buy tomorrow. So we'll see how it all turns out!

tumblr_m7zq6gXTWY1qzsljko1_1280.png

-Our plan for MNSSHP is eat lunch around 3 (so we are nice and full and don't have to stop to sit down and eat a meal at the party, we can focus on stuffing our faces with candy and popcorn and other MK delicacies!), head back to the resort, get in costume, arrive to the party early and focus on character M&Gs for the top half of the party. If you've read my TRs, you know I haven't been huge on the character interaction lately (We met no characters on our 2010 trip, and only Mickey & Minnie on our 2011 trip!), so I DEFINITELY want to meet a bunch this trip, and what better time than at MNSSHP, when a lot of rarely seen characters are out! I know exactly where each character is greeting (seriously, it's implanted in my brain) and I have a list of who I want to see the most to least. At the top of the list is obviously Rapunzel and EUGENE FITZHERBERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

tumblr_m89ocz1Zo31qje3pno1_500.jpg

After that, we're watching HalloWishes, the Boo To You Parade, and Villians Mix and Mingle. I AM SO EXCITED. YOU HAVE NO IDEA. I CAN NOT CONTAIN MYSELF. I JUST KEEP SCREAMING RANDOMLY AND CRYING. Seriously, last night I was trying to fall asleep (near impossible at this point) and I started crying just *thinking* about Beauty & the Beast. Oh man. AHHHHHHHH.

I think that's it for now. Well, I could go on, but you know. OK BYE GUYS. Have a magical day everyone!!!!!!!!!! :tinker:

Lia I am SO excited for you. I just was over the moon happy when I went to WDW for my trip and I am so incredibly glad that you get to experience MNSSHP yourself. I don't know anyone else who appreciates Disney as much as you, and you definitely are going to be blown away by everything. I can't WAIT to hear your reaction. AHHHH have the most magical time ever. :wizard: And i hope we get to see these awesome pictures and videos you guys are planning on taking! :)

I'm so curious where you're staying!!! I feel like maybe POFQ for your weekend?????? I DON'T KNOW. When I guess it's usually wrong haahh but I'm used to it now. You really can't go wrong with any of the Disney resorts though, it's just a proven fact.

THAT EUGENE IN THE PICTURE IS THE ONE I MET AND HE'S THE BEST ONE AND I LOVE HIM SO MUCH.

I agree, nobody said you had to look absolutely perfect in your costume, it's supposed to be fun, not a competition! I'm still SO curious about that btw.

I know how you feel randomly crying at things. I'm not even going soon and it's been happening to me, like when I think about Eric's castle and how flawless it is and how they couldn't have done a more perfect job on that! Anyways yay!!!!!!
