Rs shuttle- Cheyenne ?

Hi all, can anyone tell me if the RS shuttle drops/collects at The Cheyenne ?
A quick look at their website just shows Disneyland hotel & Santa Fe ( as well as the Kyriad etc.)

ps. We are arriving in CDG, but as I said their site doesn't include Cheyenne as a drop-off or pick-up.......:confused3
 
yes they drop off at all the onsite hotels. Just book for the Santa Fe and sent an email to them saying its the Cheyenne (they will check with you anyway when they pick you up at CDG).
 
When I used them last month I just left the top box saying HOTEL and typed Cheyenne into the next box down.:)
 
I also had this problem, so I chose one hotel and wrote them an email telling to change hotel's name. No problem with that. Just check your vouchers.

i have just returned and would highly recommend ezyshuttle, john was fantastic and nothing is a problem
 


We've never had a problem with RS, I did use Ezyshuttle last time because of the excellent feedback, but planning on using RS shared again next visit as they are quite a bit cheaper. :thumbsup2

same reason we'll be using RS too. It's cheaper. And their service is very very good too.

@Barrington, we used john (EZ shuttle) a couple of years ago and found him to be great.
However the RS shared transfer is coming in at 1/2 of John's price, and even very slightly cheaper than VEA.......
 
Ok. I booked (and paid with visa) a return trip with RS for next month. I booked yesterday around 4pm and am still waiting for a reply, confirmation, receipt, whatever.
Is this normal or should I contact them to see if there is a problem ?

check your spam folder, if you still haven't had an email reply from them by tomorrow afternoon, call them to confirm :).
 
All is well:)....I sent them an email yesterday evening and got a reply a couple of hours later.
It's with Blue Van Paris rather than RS, but that doesn't seem unusual as others here have mentioned this also.
