Few Questions about HHN this year

Hello Everyone!

I know there has been numerous forum posts about HHN, but I had a couple of specific questions.

1) We will be going on either Friday, Oct. 19th or Saturday, Oct. 20th. Is there a better day to go crowd wise? Or will both essentially the same?

2) Are there any bangs in the houses or attraction? (i.e. gunshots, explosions, etc.)

Any help would be appreciated!

1) Either day is going to be slammed but Friday should be a little better but not much.

2) Silent Hill has gunshots but only in the very beginning and The Walking Dead is pretty loud. I don't remember what other houses have loud noises...I don't generally pay attention.

Also one more!

3) How have the lines been for Despicable Me during the HHN event?
I don't do the rides during HHN...I ride those during the day.

I appreciate it Metro! In regards to the gunshots, were they like "real" gunshots, or piped in sound effects similar to The Wolfman a few years back. If you don't remember it's fine, I'm just looking out for our sibling who is very afraid of gunshots. His number 1 house he wants to do is Silent Hill so I'm just figuring out if it would be worth it for him.

The shots sounded like what you're remembering. They were loud but over very quickly.

There are some loud shotgun effects in the rv in the Walking Dead house.

I don't remember hearing any shots, but one, in the 20 penny circus.

Bill and Ted had loud bangs due to fireworks and effects, can't remember if any gunshots...

Cheers!

The line for despicable me varies, but I imagine that at 10pm on fri/sat it will be at least 30 minutes long.
