It sounds like you did fantastic on your interview. Those phone interviews are so difficult and it is tough to really get your passion across, but it sounds like you did a great job getting that across. Like I said on Twitter, or Instagram, who knows :confused3 how awesome it would be to find out that you got in while you are in Disney.
I am sending good thoughts your way that you get accepted and that you don't have to wait too long to find out.:cheer2::cheer2:

Have such a super time in Disney! Can't wait to see the tweets/instagram posts on your trip... gets me excited for my trip... which is in 36 days and 18 hours (but who's counting?!):cool1:

I'm sooo excited for you to experience F&W and I can't wait to hear how your whole trip went! Ahh I am going so soon and you going is like the perfect thing to tide me over. :P hahaha.
 
It sounds like everything went really well with your interview, and you were very prepared. That will only continue to serve you well in life. :thumbsup2 Have fun at your first F&W festival! It's the best time to go (at least to me, hahaha).
 
Good luck with the CP program. Just by reading your trip reports. I know you would be a wonderful Cast Member!! Looking forward to reading about your trip. We are going to be staying at CB in a few weeks and going to MNSSHP also. I will be interested in reading about your experience!

Found your TR today and have read the whole thing. Thanks for sharing - I have really enjoyed reading it. We are heading to Disney Dec 14th -23rd and are hoping we will be out of there before the overwhelming crowds get there. Hope you are enjoying your trip, Disney in October is my favorite time to go.

I just started reading your reports. You are a terrific writer and your passion for Disney really comes through your writing. I am very impressed by your drive and how you know what you want and go for it! I wish you all the luck in the world and I am keeping my fingers crossed about the DCP!
 
Thank you for giving such great detail with the phone interview. It is really fun for me because I am much too old to do these things but I still wish I could and I still want to know every detail!!
That is kinda sad that the interviewer would not be very personable. I think if you ever had her job you would remember what its like to be interviewed and would be very happy and excited for the young person being interviewed. In my opinion you are exactly what Disney employees should be. Someone who wants everyone to be happy and have great Disney experiences. Its all in your attitude.
Anyway. Everyone who reads your reports knows what a sweetheart your are and that you deserve to be accepted to the program and be at the top of the list for whatever position you want.

All I can say is WOW!! I'm only on page 20....it will take me forever to get all the way through it.

You sound like you were confident and articulate in your phone interview - thanks for sharing all of the details. My first thought when I saw that you were pended was that they definitely wanted to put you in a role that is perfect for you so are awaiting that position since you are a keeper!! :) If you must await a response why not do it while at WDW? :thumbsup2
