DK has been enjoying the adventures of FB as well and can't wait for him to arrive. She's excited to take him to IOA/US since no one's posted photos yet. Though she's a bit concerned about Bilge Rat Barges and Rip Saw Falls. I told her we'd get him a poncho.

Yes, it was a great day for them at the MK until the rain started up. It looks like the Flat Kids' adventures are coming to and end, KatinGA returns home today

I have two more photos to post from her and these may be my favorite of all!

But as we speak, FB is having fun with pixarmom and her family.

As I mentioned in my last response, these are two of my favorite photos of the Flat Kids' trip. They had a meet with my favorite Cast Member, Teena, Greeter at the Beach Club.

Teena is awesome, but don't make a special trip to see her. I'm not sure if she will be there during your trip. She only works Sundays and Mondays, and I'll have to check, but she may be visiting her daughter in Las Vegas and going to Disneyland at the same time as your trip.

But if you do make it over to the BC/YC, make sure you treat yourself to some ice cream at Beaches & Cream!

That visit was a surprise! Kat was not staying at the BC/YC and I didn't know she had plans to eat at Cape May.

Flat Ben is quite the traveler. He has 3 more Disney trips (one completed, but pictures have not been posted yet) and two in the hopper- end of October and in December.

He has also been invited on a Disney Cruise.

I sure hope he is getting frequent flier miles!!!

I had to laugh when I saw these pics. We had breakfast the same morning at Tusker House and I saw Mickey carrying around the flat-kids. I wondered to myself if it was Flat Ben and sure enough it was!

Kat and her DH roused the Flat Kids early for a breakfast full of character. I mean characters:

Um, Goofy? That's Flat Madalyn. Not a toothpick!

Goofy loved Flat Ben's shirt! When Ben first saw these pictures, he asked "Where is that shirt from?" You see, that is just his regular Flat Ben shirt, with a Goofy sticker applied to it. I thought it would be more appropriate for his travels.

Ben is being a really good sport! I show him the pictures and he smiles and thinks the whole thing is weird! Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be quelling his desire to visit the World!

I found myself to be surprisingly excited to hear that another DISer saw Flat Ben at WDW. If that had been me, I would have started following Flat Ben around and my husband would have been so impatient with me.


Love all the great tour guides that are stepping up!

We're happy to report that Flat Ben is an excellent travel companion! He even enjoyed his time in the airport. Can you see him in the Brewer fan crowd?

Since he's in his Packer gear, he couldn't resist a jump in the cheese section with a Flat Ben-sized cheese head.

We've arrived! Ben awaits the Magical Express to BC!

Many of you are familiar with "Dee's Corner" from her middle school trip report. I'll take a moment to tell you that I LOVE this corner and the story that goes along with it. Sushi and a fruit tart in a corner during all that - just love it. So Flat Ben visited that corner (both on his own and with our boys), and here's Ben on his own:

On to Epcot for lunch at San Angel and a visit to Norway. Dee asked whether I would be willing to stage a photo like this. Our boys were more than happy to accept this mission:

Flat Ben is headed back to BC for an afternoon swim break. But first, a visit with Teena!

Time for a swim in SAB!

And Flat Ben tackles the Jib Slide!

After our break, we're headed to our Chef's ADR. But first, I stop for my grey goose slushie. Flat Ben approves. (But contrary to our boys' allegation, he is not consuming this drink.)

As much as Dee and I love BC (and we know Ben does too!) he liked CR. (We moved over to CR for the MNSSHP night!)

Only one photo from our morning at MK, and guess what our boys do with FB at Haunted Mansion.

During our afternoon break, Flat Ben enjoyed the pool at CR, including the slide and the "water feature" splash pad, where he participated in a spirited water fight with our boys.

Time for MNSSHP! Our family dressed as Tweedle Dee, Tweedle Dum, Hatter, White Rabbit, Alice and Flat Ben as the Cheshire Cat! The Alice in Wonderland Treat Trail:

Now, as an aside, there were several times when our boys fought over possession of Flat Ben. He's a popular guy, and our boys agreed that he's great fun. Thanks to Dee for sending him along with us! Does he want to return in January?

OMG!

I will comment more in the morning, but I just got home from Ben's theatre rehearsal and these pictures put a huge smile on my face.

However, we don't want anyone to assume that my family has changed our allegience from our beloved Patriots. I accidentally volunteered to coach Ben's flag football team in the spring, and we chose the Packers as our team. In honor of the hosts of this latest adventure, Flat Ben was wearing green and yellow.

Love the creative use of the hand in the air!

Wow, Flat Ben has clearly enjoyed his time with Pixarmom and family. I can't believe how he is cheering in every single picture.
