Biggest Loser Fall Challenge!

Congrats to those "losers" this week! Way to go.

It's not a long weekend for me in the sense that we don't have Monday off. But I'm taking Friday off because my mom is coming out to visit, yippee! So I'll pick her up at the airport tomorrow after work, then head to my sister's house for the weekend. We don't have many plans - my nephew's football game on Friday, 3 runs (1 at night to start preparing for the Wine & Dine), some shopping. We're going out to dinner each night, so I'll have to be careful as to what I eat. But a nice, relaxing weekend is the main point.

Happy Hump Day!

Despite feeling so tired that I wanted to cry this morning I made it through the day and did my walk with my friend. Didn't do as much as planned but still enjoyed it! I think the Nyquil I took last night kept me really tired this morning.

Watching Survivor with DH and the girls are in bed! DD12 had soccer in the rain again and I ran to work and then back to get her. I have 2 clients tomorrow and I have to go to CVS to deal with a prescription issue. DD7 has dancing tomorrow evening. Not sure what's for supper as I'm not sure what time DH will be home. May just run to get subs or something while Izzie is at dancing.

What is one food that you can't live without? Is it a healthy food or not so healthy food?

Well, for me it's chocolate! I have cut way back on the chocolate that I eat each day but I have always felt that it's best not to deprive yourself! I prefer dark chocolate so I guess I can call that healthy! LOL! We always have M&Ms in the house.

I found white chocolate candy corn M&Ms today! Can't eat too many of them as they are sweet but not that bad!

It's been a pleasure being your coach this week! Sorry I didn't get to as many replies as I would've like to but as I've been saying a lot lately and way too much: "Sometimes life just gets in the way!"

TTFN :tigger:

Monday QOTD: What do you plan on being this year for Halloween? If you're not dressing up, what would you like to be?

QOTD: Tuesday:What book are you reading right now? If you aren't reading anything, what would you like to read?

QOTD Mon~I am not dressing up this year. I did buy a cute purple shirt that says Happy Halloween on it. In the past I've been a nun, pirate, and nurse. If I could dress up (weather cooperating) I would totally be a princess or Minnie Mouse. It's too hard to be those when I teach.

QOTD Tues~I actually am not reading anything at this exact moment. I am actually trying to catch up on magazines I get. I get some cooking and fitness magazines, plus Good Housekeeping. I'm behind, so I thought I'd catch up and pass those along to family. My mom just gave me a few books, so next up is On Folly Beach and The Beach Trees by Karen White. I've been wanting to read On Folly Beach for awhile now, so I'm excited to get started.

QOTD WEDNESDAY: What are your plans for the upcoming weekend? Is it a long one for you?

I have a nice long weekend including Friday and Monday :cool1: My own children do not have this wekend off. They actually have off at the end of October. It's kind of crazy how the schools around here have such different schedules. Anyhow, I plan to visit my great aunt in the nursing home on Friday. Friday night is my nephew's Homecoming parade (he plays drums in the band) which passes in front of my sister's house so we will be there for dinner and the parade. No plans for Saturday or Sunday except church. Monday, I plan on doing some deep cleaning while the kiddos are not here to make a mess when I walk out of a newly cleaned room!

As I'm sitting here drinking my nightly cup of tea (using one of my WDW Parks mugs, of course!), I thought that I would share a bit about it.

See, I LOVE Hot Apple Cider...especially since moving to Michigan, land of Cider Mills! Republic of Tea now has a Hot Apple Cider Tea! It's caffeine free and sugar free, so I can drink it at night to relax and it's guilt free. Plus, I still get that wonderful fall flavor that I love. It makes me so happy!

Oh my! I also love apple cider and need to find this or another tea. Thanks for the info!

Gathering went great over the weekend with my brownie trifle being a big hit and several asking for the recipe. I actually had people sticking their fingers in the empty bowl for one last lick! I did have some (boy, was it GOOD!) but I only had one serving and was good with my other food choices so I didn't have any problem. :goodvibes

Glad you are feeling better. I love the Bolt idea. We just watched that movie the other day. Would you mind sharing your brownie trifle recipe? I understand it's not too heathy :rotfl: but I am often put in charge of desserts for family parties & this sounds amazing. Thanks!

Well... it is a SUPER long weekend for us, as the kids are off of school both Friday and Monday. Back story.... for about 9 years now I have taken EACH of my kids away separately every year for Mother/Child weekend.... and my last two were at WDW! Anyhow, some how this year has gotten to this point and I haven't taken EITHER child away yet! And the fall is so busy here for us, I almost always do these weekends in the spring. But I digress..... this weekend each child gets a short-but-sweet overnight trip with Mom. DD has SAT's on Saturday, so DS and I will head out Friday morning for our 48 hour retreat. And then we will come home Saturday night and Sunday morning I will head out with DD for another 48 hours! It works out well, since DS has a Paintball tournament on Sunday.

Where are we going, you ask? NO CLUE! :rotfl: This is unusual for us.... usually we talk about it and plan it, for week/months. But I guess after their Disney weekends, it is hard to top it so they haven't come up with anything special!

I have no ideas for you, but I love that you do this with your kids. Time goes so fast, and I am sure they will always remember these mom/child trips.

We have our high school Homecoming. I have a senior this year ... however he is not going :worried:. It appears to be the "uncool" thing this year ... at least for the football players. He said if a girl asked him, he would go .... but he is not asking a girl to go even if we are just friends. He went last year when his older brother was here. Oh well.

It will be a fun evening though. We usually have our football games on Saturdays since we live in a very small district and we don't have lights for evening games. However, on Homecoming the local businesses rent lights for the field. It makes for a nice evening in our community.

We don't have anything on our schedule for Saturday .... sh ... don't tell anyone! I can't wait to have a Saturday that isn't filled with running somewhere.

And on Sunday we will be going to a cookout at my DMIL's house to celebrate my husband's birthday. It is actually tomorrow and we will be having his favorite for his birthday ... take-out pizza (which we don't have often since I am trying to lose weight :lmao:)

Sounds like a fun weekend. Too bad DS isn't going to Homecoming. Maybe Prom?

I know I asked before, but what area of Pitts are you in? How's your other DS getting used to college and all those credits? Has he gone to any football games? I love PSU. It's such a great school. It's just too bad it's gotten such a bad rap with all that happened.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hello all! I just spent about 30 minutes catching up and now I am going to watch the Presidential debates. Seeing as though I teach History, I should probably watch :rotfl2: even though I'd rather be watching something else. We'll see how long I last through this.
I need to get orgaized and get some QOTDs ready for when I start coaching on Friday! It's sneaking up on me...
I also have to help DS9 come up with a science fair project. It's required to participate in 5th grade and optional in 4th and 6th. He wants to do it, so we have to go to a parent meeting tomorrow to get all the details. Any ideas? I have a few, but none that he's real interested in. He's into nature and animals (fishing), but doesn't really know what he wants to do yet. And, as a teacher and daughter of a structural engineer, I am pretty analytical about everything. I'm going to try to let him do this and not take over lol!
Okay, debate is boring me already, but I better go so I can focus. Have a great night and morning.
Jill
Do you have a local Disney Store where you could buy a Bolt ahead of time? That way you don't have to wait until you get there, just in case they don't have any. I have a Disney Store here in Manchester. I could look here for you if you would like. Sounds like a GREAT original and COMFORTABLE costume!!
I have one close by my house and I found it on Amazon if I can't find it at Disney. But there's something about getting it at Disney that just makes it...I don't know how to describe it...makes me feel like a kid again. :goodvibes But thanks for the offer!
You seem to eat asparagus frequently. Around here it is usually very pricey, other than in the spring, when it is in season. How do you prepare it? We love it roasted or grilled.
Well last night, it's was asparagus from a can... :rolleyes1 But when we get fresh asparagus, we like to boil it and add salt, pepper and a little butter. I've only had it grilled once and it was kind of on the shriveled side. I'm assuming we didn't do it right? :confused3
What is one food that you can't live without? Is it a healthy food or not so healthy food?
MILK!! I absolutely love it! Especially chocolate milk! But I drink 1% (can't stand skim...) and much less than I used to. Me and Ddad used to go through about 2-3 gallons a week. :rolleyes1
Glad you are feeling better. I love the Bolt idea. We just watched that movie the other day. Would you mind sharing your brownie trifle recipe? I understand it's not too heathy :rotfl: but I am often put in charge of desserts for family parties & this sounds amazing. Thanks!
I'd be glad to!
Brownie Trifle:
Bake a 13x9 family sized package of brownies according to the directions. You'll want to make them 'cake-like.'
(Optional: Prick the brownies after they come out of the oven with a fork and drizzle 1/2 cup of Kahlua or coffee liquor. But we did without that for the party since there were several small children and didn't even miss it.)
While the brownies are cooling (or the night before) prepare 3 3.9oz boxes of chocolate pudding according to the directions and make sure it's set. (You may not use all of it.) You'll also need a 12oz container of whipped cream (you may want more), a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, caramel syrup and a bag of crushed Heath bar pieces that you'll add at the last minute.
Once your brownies are cooled, divide into thirds, cut each third into little squares, then put your first section in your trifle bowl. Next you put enough pudding in to cover the brownies, followed by a layer of whipped cream, then drizzle a little chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, and mini chocolate chips. Layer 3 times.
On the top layer of whipped cream, you can do what ever you'd like. I made circles of the chocolate syrup and caramel and taking a kabob stick, drug it towards the center which made a fancy flower pattern. Then before you serve, sprinkle your crushed Heath bar pieces on top.
Enjoy!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Thanks for the well-wishes everyone! No dizziness today so I was able to get my workout in after work! :thumbsup2

Rather surprising day while I was at work today. I was working on the register when I hear my boss saying that he needs me to come to the back with him. So I follow him, thinking that he's going to have me do some work in one of the other departments for a while since we were slow this morning. But instead, we stand by the deli while several managers from other departments were starting to gather. So I finally ask,

"What's going on?"

"They didn't tell you?"

"No. I have no idea what's going on..."

I hear him say something to someone else about a meeting and instantly I think the worst: I'm in trouble... So I'm wracking my brain for anything that I could have possibly done wrong while two of my other co-workers show up which makes me feel a little better that it's not just me.

We follow my boss towards the break room and when we get there, there's a huge ice cream cake with "Congratulations!," our names and how many years we've been with the company on it. Some of us were making our 5th, 10th, and 15th year with the company this month and we were getting cake to celebrate!

I totally forgot about it! I've been there 5 years! (Wonder how many groceries I've scanned... :rolleyes: ) Our boss made a nice little speech of how much he appreciated our hard work and our staying with the company and all that we do until finally I couldn't stop myself and asked, 'So does that mean I can have a raise?' Everybody got a good laugh out of that one. And he didn't say no, so we'll see!

We also got a little commemorative pin to wear with how many years we've been there, plus our pictures taken for 'The Wall of Honor.' Personally, I was just happy getting ice cream cake and an extra 15 minute break. :goodvibes

Let me just say, this job isn't my favorite. I honestly didn't think I would have been there 2 years, much less 5. And I'll admit it (as will several others...) that retail isn't the easiest job to do; not that it's hard, it's just some of the people you have to deal with on a regular basis... :sad2: So it was nice to get a little appreciation for what I do from my managers and to really feel like a little more than just another cashier for a day.

And for those who were wondering, I only had one small piece of cake. ;)

Heading to bed! Good night everyone!

Belledreamer my DH in April started his 41st year at the grocery store he works at. He has been in the same store for all 41 years and has been through 7 total store remodels in that time period. He says I really don't think its been 41 years I started when I was 17. Uh yeah and your 58 now. :rotfl2:

They had a banquet last week for all those with 20 years plus service and they said he is the only one in the entire company that has been in the same store for that long. It is a very large company too.

QOTD WEDNESDAY: What are your plans for the upcoming weekend? Is it a long one for you?

I kept scratching my head trying to figure out what you meant by long weekend :confused3 Then I looked at the calander and realized Monday is Columbus Day. As a nurse we don't pay attention to holidays except Thanksgiving and Chritmas, even weekends are just another day for us. :lmao:

I am trying to take friday as a flex day since patient census is low but those darn babies just kept wanting to be birthed this evening so not likely. Sat we are going to the Home and Garden show to see what we can't afford to do to the house and maybe pickup some fall plants. Sunday I have an eye appointment. Since I hit 50 it seems my contact have conspired against me and I just can't see all those tiny, tiny numbers anymore. :confused3 I think I just need a stronger prescription and I want to get by backup glasses with transition lenses so that means I have to have a new exam. And then back to work on monday.

I too can not live without my chocolate but I am a chocolate snob and have to have the really dark chocolate or imported dark chocolate. No milk or white chocolate for me. SOooooooo I only get my chocolate a couple times a month and I seem to do just fine with that. But if I go more than 3 weeks without my chocolate I turn into a very wicked person.

Hi, everyone! I seem to only be managing to come post about once a week. Oh, well - still here and still losing, I guess that's what counts. Congrats to our Top Ten and to all of our losers and maintainers who are hanging in there.

I was reminded to come here today because I pulled a muscle in my back while working out! :scared: So make sure you do your stretches and warm-up, everyone! Right now if I laugh, it feels like I'm being stabbed - my OH had The Daily Show on and I kept going "HahahaOW....hahahaOW". No fun!

QOTD Monday: What do you plan on being this year for Halloween? If you're not dressing up, what would you like to be?

I haven't dressed up for Halloween since we moved away from our old friends who threw kick-*** Halloween (New Year's, Mardi Gras, etc.) parties. When we eventually get around to taking a Disney trip during an MNSSHP week, I think I'll probably go as a pirate.

QOTD: Tuesday: What book are you reading right now? If you aren't reading anything, what would you like to read?

I've been in a reading slump since the fall semester started, due to having to read so much for class, but I am a complete book nerd. When I was working and not in school, I'd finish a book roughly every two weeks. My favorites are crazy-long epic fantasy series like Jacqueline Carey's Kushiel's Legend, Robin Hobb's Liveship Traders, and George RR Martin's Song of Ice and Fire. Those of you who are just now reading Game of Thrones are in for so much more awesome reading! The later couple books do start to get a little convoluted with less forward momentum, but they're still good. Storm of Swords (#3) is my favorite.

QOTD WEDNESDAY: What are your plans for the upcoming weekend? Is it a long one for you?

I'm jealous of all of you with long weekends! I have two tests this weekend, though I'm hoping to get in enough study time tomorrow to have them both done and out of the way by Friday night. Plans for the weekend include as much of a study break as possible, and hopefully dragging OH to the shooting range (eventual goal is to get our CHLs).

..........

All right - back to the books. Have a great Thursday, all!

Happy Thursday!

Just getting ready to head off to work!

myweegirls: Loved hearing you on the podcast! (Liz and her DH Eric were on the podcast about the TOT 10 miler!)

Congestion and coughing still hanging on to me! Had a coughing fit at 3 and then not sure I ever really got back to sleep! Last night the Nyquil didn't do its job!

2 clients this morning and then picking up Ash and coming home to get her homework done and then picking up Izzie and getting her homework done and then she has dancing! Think it may be fried chicken tonight for supper with fries. I need something easy! My head feels like it could explode! Guess I need some Motrin before I leave too!

Enjoy your THursday!

TTFN :tigger:

Congratulations to all the Big Losers!

This has been a crazy week for us. We live seven hours from WDW so going down just for Thursday - Sunday put us way behind on life and we're still catching up. The 5K was worth it though - especially the Expo.

None of us have Columbus Day off but we still have good weekend plans. We're all running another race on Saturday. It's a combined half/10K/5K and I'm doing the 10K. My husband and daughter are doing the 5K. I've run a 10K distance a few times in the last few weeks without stopping (although I'm super slow - 12:30 mm) and I'm hoping to finish even though I know my time won't be that great. If I finish strong, I'm going to register for the Princess Half. Big, huge step for me but at this point in my journey, I need goals other than just weight loss.

Have a great Thursday everyone. Kid just left for school (we do late start here once a month) and I have a class to teach in an hour or so. Last class of the week!

Hi everyone! Back from WDW and back to reality - oof. Also a bit under the weather, go figure...

Tracey, thanks for the podcast shout-out! We had so much fun recording it. We're also on the Food & Wine Festival segment and eventually, when they put it up, the Boardwalk review segment. So much fun.

QOTD Monday: What do you plan on being this year for Halloween? If you're not dressing up, what would you like to be?

I have a RennFest costume - if it's cool enough, I'll probably wear that! DD8 is going as Merida, and my dress is green, so I might get away with Elinor. :)

QOTD: Tuesday: What book are you reading right now? If you aren't reading anything, what would you like to read?

I normally have a book or two in constant rotation, but with the trip I decided to attack my huge backlog of magazines. Oy. I have mostly Real Simples and Vanity Fairs left now...then back to the library list!

QOTD WEDNESDAY: What are your plans for the upcoming weekend? Is it a long one for you?

My mom is visiting! She gets here Friday afternoon and stays until Monday. DH and I don't have Monday off, but DDs do, so we're sorting that out...I'm singing with our church's houseband on Saturday and need to get to work on those songs...

So I ran the ToT 10-Miler! And finished! My time was 1:53:17, which, given how warm and muggy it was, is pretty awesome in my book. This was my first big race, and I had a great time. There were so many people in rough shape, both on the course and afterward, that I think I must have prepped just right with food, water, Powerade, and pacing. Time to get ready for the half marathon in January!

XO
Liz

QOTD WEDNESDAY: What are your plans for the upcoming weekend? Is it a long one for you?
No days off, but my parents will be visiting. We are celebrating my birthday a few weeks early with a nice dinner on Saturday. We also plan to do some outdoor Fall activities, like visit a pumpkin patch.

What is one food that you can't live without? Is it a healthy food or not so healthy food?
Dessert! If I have to pick one, I don't know if I can. If I have to pick 2...ice cream and cookies. Obviously not healthy foods. :upsidedow

Happy Hump Day!

First Thanks for coaching!!!
Second what can't I live without.. I think I'll say breakfast foods, I could eat breakfast 3 times a day and never tire of it -- I have type 2 diabetes and am watching what I eat but man I love to have cereal, toast, muffins, bagels, waffles, pancakes - ok you get it right so during the week I alternate eggs and oatmeal and the weekends are the other stuff..

Hi Guys! :wave2:
Hope you are all doing great! Thinking happy thoughts here you know pumping out that good brain chemistry ;)

What is one food that you can't live without? Is it a healthy food or not so healthy food?
TTFN :tigger:

Well for me it's not food but you may guess it..
a good mug of English black tea with whole milk and sugar
I try to not have more than 3 cups a day and have tried to give it up completely but I just can't or more accurately I don't want to.

QOTD Monday: What do you plan on being this year for Halloween? If you're not dressing up, what would you like to be?
Not planning on dressing up but I do have a orange tee with a candy corn mickey head that I plan to wear while passing out candy

QOTD: Tuesday: What book are you reading right now? If you aren't reading anything, what would you like to read?

An Irish Country Courtship by Patrick Taylor (4th book in the series )

QOTD WEDNESDAY: What are your plans for the upcoming weekend? Is it a long one for you?

Church, A Bridal Shower, Sewing, and Cleaning out the Garage (well one section of it)

Congrats to the top 10 :cheer2:

take care all :flower3:

Evening all! I missed being on here again today! Got called to work and had to say yes. Then a quick errand, home again, food, laundry, dishes, and some weekend planning. And now onto a 4 day weekend! Woohoo!

I am taking each kid away for 2 days and we really don't have any firm plans yet!:confused3 but we have a few ideas and I will firm things up for the first two days when DS gets home from his meeting. Hard to have fun on a tight budget, but I gave each kid one big "event" to choose from and then we will also have one low key (i.e. CHEAP ;) ) day. And I will pack food and snacks, both for thrift and health reasons.

Off to fold laundry... Got work before I can relax!........P

I had a long post and it went poof!pixiedust: Sigh. Trying again!!

Monday QOTD: What do you plan on being this year for Halloween? If you're not dressing up, what would you like to be?

QOTD: Tuesday:What book are you reading right now? If you aren't reading anything, what would you like to read?

TTFN :tigger:
No dressing up for us although we put out a mat that makes scary noises when the kids step on it to ring the bell. (my favorite costume was for a law school party - my 6'5" DH and I - all of 5'1" - went as the Jolly Green Giant and Sprout, green makeup and all. Friends of ours still laugh about it - 25 years later!) This is the first year that DH and I will let DD13 go trick or treating without parental supervision (cue teen age eye rolling here) so for the first time in 18 years, we will be home together to hand out candy!! We live in a pretty big suburban neighborhood and usually go thru 7 or 8 bags so it will be a busy night.

Book?? OMG, desperately wish I had time to read right now. I love to read. One of my friends from college writes contemporary romances and one of my guilty pleasures is reading her newest releases. Has anyone out there ever read anything by Kristan Higgins?

QOTD WEDNESDAY: What are your plans for the upcoming weekend? Is it a long one for you?

We're hoping to go to the Yankee Candle Outlet on Saturday. Also see all the pretty colors on the way to western MA! They have really changed a lot the past few days! I think we might also try and go to see Hotel Transylvania or Frankenweenie! They both have gotten good reviews. No soccer this weekend and I took the weekend off from work!

TTFN :tigger:

Trees are just starting to change here in upstate NY. Love, love this season.
It will be a busy weekend for us. High school football game tomorrow night. DS17 is a senior and is having a fun year. Friday night lights is the best!! :)
We're going to the West Point/Boston College football game on Saturday at West Point. DS is pretty excited about it; one of his football teammates is coming with us. They are both applying to West Point. The "Parade of Cadets" is early (maybe 10?) so we'll have to leave early; we're about 2 hours north of West Point. Our next door neighbors invited us over for drinks and munchies when we get back. Looking forward to a great day of football and an evening of laughs. The only downside is that Saturday is also the Race for the Cure here - so it will be the first time in 6 years that I've missed it.

Keep up the hard work guys!!!
Holt freaking cow. So, so excited!!! party:party:
What is one food that you can't live without? Is it a healthy food or not so healthy food?

Well, for me it's chocolate! I have cut way back on the chocolate that I eat each day but I have always felt that it's best not to deprive yourself! I prefer dark chocolate so I guess I can call that healthy! LOL! We always have M&Ms in the house.

TTFN :tigger:

Pizza. That's why I'm here. 'nuff said.

Mike

Good luck on your tests!!

XO
Liz

Congratulations!! :cheer2:

Busy night here. Prepped part of the weekly "Thursday night dinner" for the football players, then out campaigning door to door for 1.5 hours (it gets dark early now!), then to the middle school for open house. I'm beat. Heading to bed.

Have a great night everyone!!

Hello all! I am your coach this week. I am Jill and this is my 4th BL challenge. I started last fall and love all the support from these threads. I would like to lose about 7-12 more pounds before DH graduates in January, however, these last few pounds are refusing to budge! Anyhow, I live in western PA with DH, DS9, and DS6. I am a teacher at an alternative education school. I teach History and also special education. My students right now are in 7th-12th grades, but we are licensed for 4th-12th. And yes, we have had students as young as 11. Ok, moving on to the QOTD:

Friday, October 5 QOTD

What are your exercise plans for this week?

I'll be on to reply after I take the kids to school, go for a run, and go visit my great aunt. Happy Friday!

Jill

What are your exercise plans for this week?

I will definitely be ACTIVE this weekend, but no specific workout planned. DS and I are doing a Segway tour in Boston today and tomorrow is still up in the air. DD and I are most likely heading to Mystic Aquarium either Sunday or Monday, but nothing is booked yet. :confused3

I see lots of walking in my weekend.... but probably a bit of recreational eating too!:rotfl:

Have a great holiday weekend everyone!.....................P

Hello everyone, another crazy week! Hope you all are doing fabulous!!

I'm down again this week so maybe I'm finally getting back on track.

QOTD: Next Sunday is my 2nd half marathon, so probably run 3-4 days and then alternate with some weights or pilates a couple of nights! :)

Good morning all! So excited that I am down again today .... I think that would put me at around 25lbs from my highest so happy with that. Still not able to do much in lines of working out because my feet are still healing :( the skin has been peeling off leaving tender skin exposed...so frustrating because as I see the weight slowing coming off I become motivated to do more to loose and I am just stuck..
I took a 4 day weekend since the kids are off...not much planned its football season so DS plays on both the freshman and JV teams so he has games tonight and Monday and DH refs so he is gone most Friday nights and all day Saturday's

May take both my nieces and DD to the mall to just hang out today....just to be out and doing something

We are starting our own pseudo WW group in our office this week to challenge each other so hopefully that will help as well to keep me motivated.

Have a great weekend all!!

no loss for me this week! What a bummer. My legs are looking nice and toned, tummy is tighter, scale hates me! lol Oh well! I know that I was good and this is just my body "doing it's thing" and hopefully it will eventually catch up.

Off to the gym for a workout and then a run. Hope you all have a great Friday!
K :)
