I won't have a chance to call MS until later today, but just wondering if anyone has attempted to call and get existing vouchers upgraded to the new special premium rate?
I know that initially people were told no, but I was just hoping that now that it's October there might be some guidelines in place for those of us who purchased our vouchers ahead of time.
