As for me:
I did 60 minutes elliptical this morning, plus 100 crunches and pushups on the ball this morning, bringing my total to 170/1800.
It is raining, so I'm not sure I'll have Special Olympics coaching tonight, but am hoping for that additional hour of walking.
Our YMCA is doing a walk challenge for October, so it looks like I am going to have to add some walking to my already crazy workout schedule. Hmmmm...Have to figure out when I'll do that.
