Hi Blessed! We will be at WBC 10/20 - 10/28. Still awaiting our confirmation email, but SO looking forward to our stay. I believe they said we'd likely be in Tower 6 ($ br pres unit). You won't be able to miss us - DH and I have 5 boys (ages 12 - turning 13 on the trip, 11, 9 ans 2 almost 3 year olds), a set of fab grandparents and my niece and nephew. 11 folks total! We are doing the AK YES class on 10/23 and the Party on 10/23 as well. Our park days are... 10/20 - DTD, 10/21 - Epcot, 10/22 - DHS, 10/23 above, 10/24 - waterpark and MK, 10/25 - Epcot am, waterpark in afternoon and F&W at night, 10/26 - MK, 10/27 - Ak and DHS, 10/28 - MK and leave for home. How about you guys?

We're going to be there from Oct 20 - 27 also! We're doing the homeschool yes class at AK on 10/25. I think it's pretty funny that so many of us are combining a yes class and staying at WBC. We must all be such smart planners.

Our travel party will be me, DH, DS17, DD13, DD5 and Grandma. DD is taking the Animation class on 10/23 (we were signed up for the Wild by Nature...but she switched.) Our days look like this...10/20-AK.....10/21-MK....10/22-DHS....10/23-YES @ DHS, then MNSSHP....10/24-AK and waterpark....10/25...MK and waterpark. Looks like we will be on the same schedule for part of our trip

Me too, I have so much fun planning! I looked at your park dates and don't think we'll have much overlap - but you never know! I have vowed to be a little more easy going this time, so its possible that our plan might be flexible and change .

So currently our plan is 10/20 arrive late afternoon then DTD (it's all about Earl of Sandwich you know!). 10/21 MK, and then maybe fantasmic that night, 10/22 Legoland (shhhhh don't tell we're going off site!), 10/23 HS, maybe Illuminations if we feel like it, 10/24 AK morning, MK for evening parade/wishes, 10/25 YEs class at AK (it's supposed to end at 9:30 seems early to me ) and then Epcot for the rest of the day, 10/26 actually open but we'll probably hit rope drop at MK because with it opening an hour early I imagine the park will be empty and then who knows?

We're a smaller party then you and blessed! It's my DH, myself, our son who will be 9 and daughter who is 7. And sadly we just couldn't afford tickets to MNSSHP this year, I wish we could have, but hey we'll be at Disney so I won't complain!

We are also staying at WBC (Oct. 24-Nov. 2) and doing the Homeschool Days class at AK on Oct. 25! Amazing that so many of us have overlapping trips.

Ok! I'll keep my eyes open for them. My group is easy to spot - attending YES are 2 grownups, 4 boys (almost 15, turning 13 on trip, 11 and 9) and 1 girl (11). See u soon!

We're heading down there in less than two weeks and after so many months of planning, it's great to see it finally coming!!!

Not sure what the YES program is, but we are doing MNSSHP... my hubby doesn't dress up, so probably just our daughter. Did this once before many years ago, and are really looking forward to this.

The only thing I ever got from VS was an email confirmation that I've paid and have two different reservations (though will stay in the same unit) one for 7 nights and the other for 8! I have never seen anything bad about VS so I'm not worried at all.

I was debating calling the resort to put in a request for a certain building, but I'm still not sure what building to ask for and since so many people have been disappointed after asking for a certain room and not getting it, I thought we might just ask when we got there??? Did you guys just call the main number and ask or do you need to talk to someone in guest services??? TIA!

Thanks for the advice. I always feel like I'm asking for favours, and hate the disappointment if we don't get it. LOL And there's the skeptical part of me that thinks they just pretend to do it.

Us too. We're doing Ocean Discoveries on Oct 17th. We'll be at WBC Oct 13-27. I won't be hard to miss either, traveling with a girl, a boy and my mom.

Whenever I email or call, they leave me a message that says "your reservation is secured" but I haven't paid for those last 6 nights. I've started looking for other places to stay just in case!

Here's my question for those that have received the information directly from the Wyndham.

In the small print they state that each "non-owner" needs to have a Guest Confirmation Number.

Anyone know what that is? Are we going to be given something else?

Are you saying that you cant get ahold of VS? I have been able to get them every time I call. Why havent you paid for the last 6 nights? I got an email from them with a link to pay...although the link didnt work and I had to go through the main page.
