I had a wonderful treat waiting at work for me today. Our friends in California got me hooked on Stewart's Orange Cream Soda when we stayed with them in April. I managed to find some on Amazon and finally gave in. A big parcel of goodness was waiting for me when I arrived at work. I can attest that this tastes just as great in cold, wet Manchester than it did in California.

Thanks Pam - I agree, he just needs to buy in and get it over with......... he knows he wants too!!! LOL

Corinna, YAY - I haven't had an orange soda in forever, but, I am fond of them!!! :)

Brandi, when you get back from your sweet trip, add me to Feb. PLEASE!!! the 9-14th at BLT, then the 14 - 17th at Kidani!!!! Thanks sweetie!!

You can get it at WDW as well: The Fountain at the Dolphin has Stewart sodas: http://swandolphinmeetings.com/menus/restaurant_menus/fountain/fountain_menu.html I had one there a year ago and loved it! :goodvibes

I love the ordinary orange soda that is available in the USA, but the Orange Cream Soda just blew me away. We do have ordinary orange soda, but even though some of the brands like Fanta or Sunkist are the same, they taste completely different over here.

Thanks for the tip. For the first 4 nights we will stay at the Boardwalk and I am sure that I will take the opportunity to stock up on Steward Sodas. I had not even realized that they do a grape soda, too. Apart from my 12 pack of Orange Cream Soda, I have a bottle of Black Cherry Soda and Key Lime Soda to try.

...guys....:grouphug:

.......as for my DS, his soreness is less and less with each new day. In fact, he's planning on going back to work today - he's going to be 'on the desk' instead of regular security duty, so as to not overdo it...the real test will be on Thursday, when he goes back to the doctor's office....:thumbsup2

I am so glad to read that he is doing better... many prayers coming his way.

Kimmar - David and I have been to Cape May but I think it has been several years!

Well we decided not to go any where.... We talked it over and since we are leaving in less than 2 weeks to go to Oklahoma and Texas, we are going to just stay home and take care of a few things here that need to get done.

We were very close to heading off for Antietam, but alas we are staying home...

I'm sorry  what a horrible person. Can you start a new thread or does he just if find you? I hope he gets kicked off. This is supposed to be a happy place.

He keeps finding her everywhere she goes, unfortunately. He was gone for a time and we were all glad.

:cool1::cool1::cool1:

I understand this problem well :)

::yes:: Me too! I would help you out Wendy, but I have a bunch of my points allocated to PIO for her trip in 2013.

Six more days here in Seattle (Tacoma actually!) -- then I take a red-eye home to ATL, have a day to catch up on life at home, then will be on my way to WDW for "Food & Wine & Good Friends & Good Times"!!! :woohoo::yay::yay::woohoo:

I drove to the Seattle Waterfront yesterday. Sad to see all the cruise ships have already headed south, but we saw some amazing private yachts in the Marina! Would have loved to have boarded the yacht "Joey"! ;)

We also walked around Pike Place. I ended up getting my Starbucks from a shop down the street as the "original" Starbucks had a line out the building! A bit busier than the last time I was there in 2010! :upsidedow

Wishing you all a lovely Sunday. The weather here is gorgeous (60s & 70s). Sad to see so much brown though as the Seattle area is in a drought also. :sad1:
