How are my dining choices??

Made my ADR's for a 9 nite AoA/SSR split stay. Made an attempt at trying new places this trip but feeling like I may switch a few up...It is DH, DS {8} and myself...
Day 1- Via Napoli
Day 2 - Hollywood and Vine Fantasmic Dinner
Day 3- Paradiso 37
Day 4- T-Rex
Day 5 - Plaza Lunch/ Be Our Guest Dinner
Day 6 - Turf Grill
Day 7- Captains Grille {once Easter brunch menu comes out}
Day 8 - Sci-Fi
Day 9 - Biergarten
Day 10 - Cape May Bfast

On the fence about Paradiso and Turf but chose them out of convenience; also unsure of Biergarten...didnt choose Mama Melrose for Fantasmic bc we always do...any input much appreciated

Via Napoli, Plaza and Biergarten are all good. Never eaten at the others. Biergarten is very good IMO, the variety is enough to please most palletes. You may be surprised how much the food is in line with what you are used too eating, just goes by a different name.

Beirgarten is a good choice IMO.
I would suggest adding a meal at the Poly- both Kona Cafe and Ohana are great for dinner. We prefer Kona Cafe's breakfast (Tonga Toast!!!). Both of these are must dos for us...

I think all of your choices are great. You have a lot of variety, which I always like. Via Napoli and The Plaza are two of our favorites.
