DCL site says I have a fatal error!

Was booking my shore excursions today and as I was booking my second one, I had an alert that there was a fatal error. It sounded ominous but I didn't worry....dcl always has issues. I got an email about my first excursion, but although I tried several times, I cannot get into my reservation. Its keeps saying there is a fatal error.

I waited 8 hours, tried safari and firefox, but still get the same response.

Is something going on? Any suggestions? I'm worried that somehow my reservation has disappeared and been given to someone else. Our cruise is sold out. I will call them tomorrow, but was wondering if anyone had any recommendations in the meantime.

Same thing happening to me. I believe the site is just having difficulties. I also got fatal error on simply trying to login.

I've had some success closing the window I have the DCL site open in, clearing cookies, then re-opening the site in a new window.

Sayhello

I just got the same thing on safari trying to log in, and trying to search for a cruise. Last night it was working, but telling me cruises were sold out that I knew were not. It's just acting wonky I think.

I just cleared the cookies and it didn't help.

Will wait and try again tomorrow. I don't really want to clear the cache if I don't have to.

I even tried private browsing and it didn't help.

Sigh.

The site showed me search results I wanted, then gave a fatal error. I did the search again (Dec 2012 Dream Cruises) and it said that the sailing dates I wanted were sold out. When I did the search again without my kids there was availability for adults. Max kids capacity for the whole month? Maybe. I'm already booked but was just keeping an eye on prices.

Edited to add: Just tried again and it is showing availability for kids. Glitchy for sure, I guess.

try using a different browser.
i had trouble with firefox, so i switched to explorer and it worked ok.

i can't remember if chrome worked or not for me.

I've tried different browsers, computers and everything. It is impossible to get in and register. I'll keep trying, but if anyone has any good tricks, I would love to know.

i think you're right - i just tried to log in and while it didn't say fatal error, it wouldn't let me into my reservation.

Disney/ESPN have been having problems this weekend. I heard that they might have been a target like BofA and Chase were earlier in the week.

I can't even get the site to load properly.

The site has been having problems for days. I booked Palo and parasailing at midnight eastern on the 20th. I went in a few minutes later and it said it wasn't time for me to book yet, then went in again and got a fatal error. I did get an email confirmation, so I didn't worry. Later, I was able to get in, and they were in there, so if you got the email confirmation, I wouldn't worry.

I was able to log-in to make a payment tonight 9:00pm, but only through Internet explorer. Safari and Firefox still not working correctly.

I got the same error today on Internet Explorer. It works fine on Firefox. If it's still doing it tomorrow I will reset cookies.
