Current Castaway Club Stateroom gift?

Lanyards when you check in; backpacks in your room.

We just returned from the 4 night Dream and there was a DCL key ring as well as the backpack, pretzels and Mickey goldfish. I was not expecting the key ring-it was a nice surprise.

I'm another person who'd like to see the beach towel return as a cc gift. I have 5, and they are of great quality and have held up to constant use over the 10 years since I received the first one.

There was also a bit of a change in gift for Gold Members. We got the backpack/keychain/snacks, but also a very nice black zippered travel document case (previously it was reported that the item was a Journal type book with pen), luggage strap(very attractive and sturdy) and Castaway club note cards. Loved the travel doc case. I've actually been looking for something exactly like it.

I would love a Beach Towel. We got 2 from the DVC member cruise in '05, not from DCL, but DVC and they are great, so I'm thinking DCL would have good ones too!

I'm gold on the next cruise, in January!

I wish they had some choices you could make. We did a cruise and got our backpacks. We now have a B2B booked and I am assuming with the timing it will mean we probably will again get backpacks...umm, great thought but I don't need 8 more backpacks! I can't even transport that many

Isn't it one per room? Did you book 8 rooms???

Given that they've done one cruise and have a b2b planned (at least three total cruises) if they book two rooms, that's 6 backpacks...

I will save mine for you for next time! I think we have had one too many get warm in the car or bag and have the chocolate melted all over the bag.

Well, mine don't last long enough to make it to the car.

Another thought - the pretzel/cracker snacks aren't to low-sodium friendly for those of us who are watching our sodium intake. Sugar works much better!

Sorry, yes, it will be 6 backpacks...as we do have 2 rooms booked with the B2B. I expect I will be leaving at least 2 of them there unless I find someone to give them too. Better post on my cruise meet up to see if a first timer wants them!
